New Loft... it is 200 meters from the Sea of Balneário Ponta do Papagaio, in Palhoça, on the coast of Greater Florianópolis. You will be among the most beautiful beaches... Do Sonho, Praia Mar Aberto, Praia da Pinheira and will have easy access to Famosa Praia da Guarda do Embaú and Vale da Utopia. Environment in Open Space concept, comfortably accommodates 2 people. It has a kitchen equipped with an Airfryer, minibar, stove, sandwich maker. Bedroom with bed linen and towels, Smart TV, Central Inverter Air-Conditioning.

Studio - casa azul

Beautiful Studio on Guarda do Embaú Beach, a 10-minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Ideal for those who like to enjoy nature during the day and the nightlife of Guarda. The leisure area in a kiosk with a barbecue and wood-burning stove with lawn and trees provides coziness and tranquility (shared use with Studio). The house was renovated at the end of 2019, has a water tank so as not to run out in the summer, a shower on the street and parking for the car in front of the house.

Access to the sea is guaranteed, leave the car in the garage, you will be 150 meters from the sea.

The lofts are accommodations for up to 4 people (maximum 3 adults) that have in the same environment: bedroom, living room and kitchen. All are equipped with bed and bath linens, flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, private bathroom with shower, double bed, sofa bed, dining table for 2 people in the kitchen, balcony with private barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with 2-burner electric table stove, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, barbecue grill, among others.

We are located at Rua Aderbal Ramos da Silva, corner with Rua da Amizade. That is, close to the shops and beaches of Cima (900mts) and Baixo (400mts). The Kitinete is on top of the Breaker Mar de Sonhos, in front of Colégio da Pinheira. The kit sleeps up to 3 people, with a double bed and a single sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, and other utensils. TV with local channels. One bathroom. Parking space for one car.

Recanto Sonho da Guarda | Studio 3
