The house is exuberant, as is the ad! Very available host, solicitous. A true immersion with nature! Spectacular view! We leave only an addendum for those traveling with children, as there is a need for constant monitoring due to the house being on the second floor, due to the risk of falling on the stairs and in the pool itself. Now, if the trip goes for two, we highly recommend!

My family was very well received by Junior and Rúbia!!! We were accommodated on the ground floor of the front house, with 3 bedrooms, being 1 suite. 2 Dormitórios have air conditioning. The environment was extremely clean and organized. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake. The swimming pool has a heating system. The house is well equipped and close to the beach.

They were always very responsive, we asked to check in early and were allowed, the house is great, we all felt at home.. I highly recommend it

The place, no words. Everything is impeccable, in perfect condition, everything you need and more, everything is very technological and easy to use. And of all things there is more than one option, that is two kitchens, two electric turkeys, two sets of crockery etc. When we saw it on the page we seemed pretty, but when we met it we really ran out of words. Better than a hotel, and 2 blocks literal from the beach. (note that it has everything for the beach, umbrella, repository, cart, boards). On the barbecue it has a special fridge for the beer, imposing. Karine and her husband, generosity and immense attention. They resolved all our concerns and were always attentive to making everything easier. We had to stay one more night because of a car problem, and they made everything a lot easier. We are very comfortable with your treatment. 200% Recommended. The place and on the date we choose to go, it's paradise…. Beautiful beach, temperate waters, few people in March.

We had an unforgettable vacation at Mateus' house. The place is dreamy, with privileged views that take your breath away. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need to fully enjoy it. And what can I say about Mateus… a spectacular host, always attentive and willing to help in any way. We were received by Mr. Padoin and his wife who gave us a brief tour of the house, explaining more details, were very sweet! The house was clean, organized, we had bed linens, towels and blankets available (although the bed linens smelled a little like they had been "stored"). The outdoor space is beautiful, lots of butterflies in the garden, an ocean view, swimming pool and barbecue! Everything was great!! Late in the afternoon we had some discomfort with mosquitoes, bring repellent, there are a lot of them! But because it is at the top of the hill and surrounded by nature, there is no way to escape. Very peaceful, quiet place, the stay was worth it. The road is a little bad to get to, it's unpaved and narrow, but we went with a sedan car and it was still fine. We missed some kitchen utensils like cutlery and bowls, but we managed to get by. It was 3 days of well-deserved rest :)

Our stay was very enjoyable. The house has an impeccable view with access to the lagoon and is close to two bathing spots in the river. The host Alberto was very helpful and kind, he gave us information about tours and instructions about the place. Great place to relax and enjoy nature.

Guilherme was an excellent host. Very kind and willing to adapt the house to our needs. Spacious, comfortable and complete house. The patio of the house is fenced and safe, which made it possible for us to take our little dog. We went in the fall, taking our elderly parents and it was great. Very nice beach, many beautiful places for hiking, two restaurants open near the house this time of year. Nearby downtown area, also with a variety of shops. On Saturdays and Sundays, more restaurant options are open.

Estefano was very kind and is a great host! Besides the place being beautiful, it helped a lot, we got chocolates, there was coffee and biscuits to eat, it is above average! I highly recommend the stay!

Very large and cozy house, has pretty much everything you need in the house. We love the place, very quiet. Matheus is in a very kind person. I highly recommend the place.

It was a nice and quiet place, in accordance with what was published, but it is outside the island of Florianopolis, which I did not realize at the time of renting. It is located on the mainland about 30 minutes from downtown Florianopolis. That was not a problem since we had rented a car. I don't know how transportation is in the area, but with respect to the accommodation, it's excellent, with supermarkets and gas stations nearby

It was our second time at Carlos' accommodation and the experience was wonderful again. Spacious, clean, comfortable house, full kitchen... we felt at home with our child and our pet. We'll be back for sure, it's become our special place in the area.

Lu's house is wonderful! With a unique location and view of Guarda do Embaú. It has all the necessary accessories for a couple and an incredible vibe.

Regina was extremely attentive and helpful to us. We made the reservation a few hours before our arrival and she attended to us promptly. The house is excellent, super complete and comfortable. It's in a safe place, meters from a quiet beach. Plus, it has a great grassy area for dogs.

We had a wonderful weekend at this accommodation. Everything was impeccable when we arrived, the house and outdoor spaces are great. The house has all the necessary amenities. Communication with the host was always quick and we were well taken care of. The location is perfect, within walking distance of downtown and the beach. cozy local, home extremely clean and organized. Mimos super helpful giving us on arrival. Wonderful leisure area, large courtyard in front and back. The beach is not very good for bathing, but a few minutes by car has incredible beaches. the place is ideal for those who want to rest, quiet beach, without noise.

Dyanine was really an exemplary host. 15 of us traveled and she always responded to every inquiry immediately before, during and after the trip. The houses are super comfortable! The common space is excellent, as is the playroom. The pool is a good size for children and adults! We used everything for cooking: grill, clay oven, stove and electric oven. The neighborhood is super family-friendly, quiet... divine for walking! The beach is not the most beautiful, but it's fine to go and spend an afternoon with friends and family. I recommend the house 100% and Dyanine as a host

Our stay was wonderful, Silvia and her husband extremely attentive, kind, the house was exactly as in the listing, actually better than the listing, as it had all the utensils for us to use in the kitchen, toilet paper, face towels, the pool was clean, safe house, ample space!! All the best, I highly recommend!

The house is very cozy and welcomes 4 adults and a baby very well. The house was very clean, with clean, comfortable and at ease bed and bath linens. It has a very good barbecue area for a family lunch. And Débora was a great host, always responding to us quickly and politely.
