Due to its location on Pinheira beach, with all the shops nearby and 15 minutes from Guarda do Embau, 45 km from Florianopolis, it's perfect! The rental is for the 2nd floor, which has private access and a courtyard shared with me. I live alone with my dog on the ground floor. The house has no safety net on the balcony, deck or stairs. Children under 10 years old and pets over 10 kg only upon request.
