Excellent attention. Marcelo is always very helpful, he helped us with some local information so we can take further advantage of our stay. The room great, super clean, the ice air conditioning, the well small room but enough for two people on the weekend visit. Good internet and smart TV. The minibar works perfect, the shower is excellent with hot water. The Espinoza recanto is strategically located almost in the centrinho and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Very close to the mini market that has everything, even bakery with fresh bread in the morning. We will definitely be back. Thanks Marcelo

I was recently there with my family, and when we first arrived in the neighborhood and its surroundings, we were surprised by the high level, order, security and the view of the surroundings. We were warmly and kindly welcomed by Ana, a movie-worthy place, nature, with an ocean view, and with direct access to the beach from the house, and you can see the best sunset. You love the house, it captivates you, with unique details you don't want to leave. Thank you EDNA, we will be back and YES, SUPER RECOMMENDED WITHOUT A DOUBT

Great place to stay with wonderful views of the lagoon⭐️ We thought it was even better than in the pictures, it felt super fresh in there! The hosts were super nice and responded quickly to messages🌺 The property is located in an area that felt safe which was also reinforced by the fact that it was an electronic gate to get into the property! The hut is exactly like in the pictures, it is completely in the middle of nature, which is very relaxing, but it can be a little scary for those who are afraid of spiders and insects. The car entrance is really a bit challenging, but we went with an onix and we had no trouble getting in and out. It is possible to go to the beach and the center on foot, both a walk of about 15-20min. Roque was very responsive and answered all of our messages.

Near the beach, a great patio for those who go with dogs. Equipped cooking, differential have water filter. Also available beach equipment (chairs etc) very positive point. Access to the room a little difficult, not suitable for those with mobility problems. Nothing that hindered the stay. Beautiful view of the window, noise of the sea constantly. We would definitely come back.

excellent accommodation, great very kind hosts, we feel at ease as if we were among friends. the location is perfect very close to the beach (+or-50 meters). the property was very clean and organized. it has everything, bed and bath linen. in addition to the necessary utensils and electros and furniture. a small house that perfectly accommodates 1 couple with 2 children or even 4 adults, it is 2 double beds (comfortable). shower and very good refrigerator (in our opinion the main items for a good stay), 2 new air conditioners, and all items working perfectly as well. I recommend and would stay at this home again.

Ronaldo was an excellent Host. He made everything very clear from the beginning to the end and answered our questions during the days in a timely manner. The space is everything promised and more, a great experience.

We spent a simply unforgettable weekend. The experience exceeded all our expectations! The place is surrounded by nature on all sides — we woke up to the sound of birds, saw monkeys up close (and they even came to eat from our hand!), walked to the pier to enjoy the lagoon, and at night we enjoyed a bonfire under the starry sky and with a whirlpool. The cabin is cozy, clean and very well-equipped, with every detail thoughtfully designed. It was a real break from the routine, in an environment of peace, silence and beauty. We thank the host couple immensely for the warm and attentive welcome. You made us feel at home from the very first moment. We sure want to come back soon!

This is a hidden gem - this should be your first choice if you are intending on staying in Floripa! Stayed for two months and was tough to say goodbye after getting a routine and becoming somewhat of a local. The hosts were extremely attentive and went above and beyond whenever an issue arose. I would highly recommend staying at this property for the proximity to the beach and quality of the villa! Thanks again for the incredible stay!

Being at Vera's house was like visiting a great friend we hadn't seen in a long time and this friend prepared everything to receive us with great affection and love, left everything very organized, fragrant and with a touch of zeal in every detail, every detail that only an artist can provide with her immense creativity, because the space is beautiful and super creative! The outdoor area is charming, full of life, magnificent fauna and flora and an imposing view. The house is charming, with everything we needed and what we didn't have, Vera was always making sure we had the best experience. We are very grateful, as we spent beautiful days, met fabulous people, rested and reconnected with what really matters. Gratitude Vera, you made our days at D' Veras special!

Simply perfect! I have no words to describe, my husband and I decided to celebrate 10 years of union together at the cottage of Jaque and it was the best choice. The view is exceptional, the cottage is clean and smelling, I have nothing to complain about! Jaque always willing to respond if we need it, the place is very beautiful! Wordless, note 1000, would surely come back more often 🤩🫶

Gênio is very good people!!!left a beer ,bananas (which we share with the marmosis hehehe ,unpayable to wake up and see them )water in the fridge...details and kindness that make a difference....including the Phebo soap that perfumes the entire bathroom !! Place of peace and nature .Recomendo !

The stay with Tathiana was great, she was attentive and provided all the necessary information. The house has a good space and is great for staying with the family! It's close to everything, the beach, market and pharmacy. The time we spent there was great.

We loved our stay at Affonso's place! It was the perfect place for us to relax in the hammock amongst the lush garden on the property. You can tell so much love and creativity went into this house. We loved being able to get to the beach in just a few minutes walk from the house or ride the bikes around to the market or other parts of town. Affonso is also an extremely helpful and responsive host. He went above and beyond to help us with some travel documents we needed for Guatemala and made sure we got them in time. We cannot thank him enough for his help and for hosting us!

Everything was impeccable, incredible view, magical and private place. Next to the most beautiful and safe beach in Jurere Internacional. Renata and Guillermo are excellent hosts. A place where you'd always want to return.

The space of Fábio is excellent in addition it has given us all the support in relation to the property as well as tips and guidelines regarding the region of Garopaba. I recommend and we will definitely be back.
