The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Appartamento sito in palazzo storico del 500, finemente arredato, con gusto vintage. E' costituita da due ampie camere da letto matrimoniali, e una cameretta con un comodo letto uso singolo. L' appartamento comprende anche una saletta per la colazione, un bagno in camera e un secondo bagno con doccia. Inoltre ha una porzione di una grande terrazza arredata, l'accesso esterno dalla scala principale del palazzo, posta al terzo piano per poter godere di una vista mozzafiato e del sole siciliano.

La casa, situata al piano terra di un antica palazzina ottocentesca, prospetta su un piccolo ma curato giardino. Pur essendo in pieno centro è silenziosa. L'abitazione è situata in una strada ai margini del centro storico, che può sembrare una strada di periferia, ma ha il grande pregio di essere molto vicino al centro storico di Palermo e permette di visitare la città a piedi con assoluta facilità. Siamo vicino al mare, la presenza delle navi che si percepisce, è molto suggestiva
