Villa vacation rentals in Palermo

Antonio and Laura's airbnb was absolutely superb. We were given instructions to first meet in Balestrate town and from there we were guided to Antonio's home which was a nice touch. We arrived and the photos do not do it justice. What a spectacular view and so peaceful despite being about 1km above the main town. The hot tub with that view was stunning. And the complimentary wine was such a lovely touch. We had everything we needed, fresh towels, cutlery, washing up utensils etc. Antonio was a wonderful host. He gave us some great recommendations for our travels. He recommended La Vucciria in Palermo, the Erice-Trapani cable car, San Vito Lo Capo beach which were all within 60/90 mins of the house. It was a perfect location. He also recommended Scala de Turchi (which was on our way to our next airbnb destination). All of these suggestions were incredible. Not only that Antonio gave us fresh lemons from his garden and some pastries. A real gentleman. Thank You.

Valeria was extremely welcoming and helpful. we felt right at home. the Airbnb was impeccable. A lovely basement flat in a beautiful villa with a beautiful garden and swimming pool that we had full access too. Absolutely loved the fresh lemon Juice every morning from the lemon tree in the garden. well located to travel and visit around Palermo. we had a lovely time and would gladly return to this Airbnb.

Brilliant place to stay with fantastic, kind host. Lots of garden space and huge pool. Host was so helpful and relaxed helping us out all the time. Lyra the dog was so fun and friendly. Kids loved playing with her. Short drive from loads of beaches, restaurants etc. highly recommend!

Thank you to Innocenzo, Gianna and Giuliana for being great hosts. The house was amazing and the views breathtaking. Their restaurant in Town was also great and we ended up eating there two times. If you’re looking for a place with some privacy, a great pool and a close drive to everything, then this is the place for you.

Lovely peaceful and beautiful location with a super host . Would recommend for those with a car , wanting to be close enough but not too close to Palermo city .

We stayed a week in Terassini and it was like a private oasis. The home is a stone's throw to the beach and water boardwalk. The town piazza with many restaurants, stores, butcher, small grocery stores and pharmacy is also a very short walk. The pool area was a wonderful bonus even without swimming, the shade and breeze from the water was refreshing and calm. The home is immaculate and everything looks like brand new construction - extremely new, clean and also gated. Our hosts were exceptional - Clemente picked us up from the airport which is only a 15 minute drive. The most amazing part of our story is that our host is a first cousin to one of our travel party and we had no idea until we arrived and he told us he had family in Detroit (her husband!!!!). Clemente assisted us in renting a car for a day trip to Trapani and Erice (must, must see) which was extremely easy to do. Highly recommended!

Danilo is an absolutely amazing host, very responsive, hospitable and helpful. It felt like home, we got a personal greeting letter, which was a very nice gesture, some treats and some recommendations about restaurants., at the end of our stay there were even some little gifts for us. The house is very clean, spacious, modern, carefully designed to be practical, with a patio, terrace, swimming pool and sunbeds and also a little playground for children. There is space for everyone. It’s located a bit up, in a peaceful area, to get there you need a car but it guarantees a very nice view onto the sea. It was a great experience. The only regret is that we stayed only for one night. Danilo, thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

Great host and beautiful villa! We felt at home. Giuseppe surprised us one day by bringing us homemade Cannoli. We recommend renting a car if you are staying here as local taxis and transfers will cost you more than renting a car. Place and host 10/10. Full recommendation! Love you Giuseppe! xoxo

Zaira’s place was perfect for our first time in Palermo/Sicily. Explored downtown, some local villages, and Zingaro Nature Reserve before taking car ferry to Sardinia. Pool area was awesome and her garden immaculate. Thanks very much!

Villa Claudia is place where you experience Sicilian hospitality and comfort at the highest level. From the very beginning, you feel at home – Marco and his mama are incredibly kind and helpful, and a very warm welcome with dishes of Sicilian specialties. Villa Claudia impresses with exceptional cleanliness, lovingly and stylishly furnished rooms. The spacious beds with firm mattresses, plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, pool and outdoor grill provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. For trips to Palermo or the more distant sandy beaches, a car is recommended, but within walking distance you’ll find a rocky beach, a super well-equipped small supermarket (B+F), and “Ganci” – always open for very affordable snacks, cafe, gelato, or a spritz. Villa Claudia offers the best of both worlds: ideal for spending a few relaxing days there and as a perfect base to begin wonderful experiences in Palermo, at lively beaches, or in the hinterland.

I can highly recommend Villa Felice! Mariella gave us a very warm welcome. We were able to enjoy fruit from the garden, which was beautifully maintained. The view is great and the house was clean with a well-equipped kitchen. A highlight was certainly the jacuzzi and the pool with sea view! The villa is well located for excursions by car. Giuseppe was the best host I have ever come into contact with on AirBnb not only was he responsive he was incredibly helpful - helping me and my partner get a rental car, driving us to the rental, sorting out a lift back to the train station after dropping off the rental. Additionally he gives great recommendations that truly shows his care for his customers, the recommendations always came with instructions how to get there which we truly appreciated. The place itself was stunning, it was a lovely private house with a gorgeous outside area filled with plants and flowers. The glass room was my favourite room of the house. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen came with all the amenities you could possibly want. The shower was modern and clean. 10/10 house. And only a 10 minute walk to the shop! Giuseppe made our entire trip worth it, and we are so appreciative of his hospitality.

Stunning location. On the front side, the (small) mount Bonifato and the sea; on the back, hilly Sicily as far as the eye can see. Very peaceful, one can enjoy some days of calm here. Hosts are very welcoming and cleanliness was much appreciated. One point to consider for car entusiasts: in case of a lowered/sport car, the last 200m of acces road could be a challenge.

We had a great stay at the place. The view is priceless, and the location is very private and quiet. Giuseppe welcomed us very warmly and was always easily accessible. The house was very clean and tidy, only a few pots were still greasy. In front of the house is a very busy bridge that makes some noise during the day, but that doesn't bother you any further. We would come back back.

Our stay at Riccardo’s Sunny Casavacanze was superb. The view is so magical it feels like a dream. The house is spotless and decorated in a classy style. The bathroom is nice and big, and there’s a washing machine! There were beautiful pastries for us when we arrived! Riccardo answered every single one of our questions immediately….he was a fantastic host. He even offered for his father to take us to get a rental car. There is a really awesome farm/farmers market nearby that is a must~do. The beach you can walk to but if you have a car I recommend you drive (less stairs). And it’s a super quick drive with a parking lot. And/or drive a few mins to Castellammare del Golfo/Scopello, which are breathtaking. I highly recommend this air bnb! Grazie Mille, Riccardo!

We stayed in six in Paola's beautiful apartment, which exceeded our expectations. Everything is very clean and fragrant, cared for in every detail and equipped with everything you need in a home. In addition, we took advantage of the Appa rental car (suggested by the host) right in front of the apartment and it was a very positive experience, also thanks to Mrs. Giovanna, kind and helpful. When we had small issues, Mrs. Paola was immediately available and helpful, resolving promptly. It was easy to communicate thanks to your kindness. We would definitely go back, highly recommended.

I rested with a friend for a week, everything was great, the hosts Jessica and her father Rosario are very hospitable, polite, responsive. All our stay they were in touch, kindly lent us two beach towels as we forgot ours. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bonus in the kitchen in the form of croissants, coffee and drinks. You can also order a transfer from the airport, which is a huge plus. The villa itself is very green, the terraces are unforgettable, we spent a lot of time on them. The sea is not far, 10-15 minutes walk, but we rented a car. You can also park your car for free near the villa. This place is definitely worth all the money requested, we will definitely come back.

Beautiful villa with breathtaking views of the sea! Easy access to a private beach with great snorkeling. A public pebble beach, restaurant and grocery store was within a few minutes drive. It was a perfect stay with a great host - we hope to come again!

We had a fabulous stay! It was a dream come true. Pietro was SO helpful answering any and all questions we had. He connected us with local drivers and tour guides so we could experience local cities and have a personalized experience. We also loved the private chef that cooked us an authentic Sicilian meal at the Villa. Everyone felt like family. We all want to return. The villa was beautiful and the location was just what we were looking for in terms of easy access to the beach and restaurants

One of my best stays! Girolamo was a fantastic! He gave me clear instructions how to get to the property and greeted me when I arrived! It was so close to the beach and fantastic restaurants! I would book again!

Natalia was very helpful, responding straight away to all our questions. She is a very lovely lady, she even baked us some sicilian cakes which were delicious. The villa was very well equipped. We had a good time.
