Incredible ocean front!! Best beach spot weve ever had!

WOW! Talk about a view! You can't help but smile when you walk through the front door and see the amazing view of the ocean. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything and more that you could possibly want/need. I will definitely stay here again, it was amazing!

We had a wonderful time, the beach access is unmatched, endless entertainment for the kids. Compared to most airbnb’s, very clean, comfortable beds, and also appreciated the amenities. Host was nice enough to accommodate check in time too. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend!

The house was very nice. Everything was very clean, well equipped and modern. There was a lot of space for many people, you could bring your kids, and you can have a fire pit outside. Brett responded fast and there was no issues with him. I would recommend this place to everyone. This women’s retreat would not have been possible without this place and Brett. We will be back!

My friends and I visited from Portland for the weekend, and we had a wonderful time at Max's place! The location is fantastic - easy to find and a quick two minute walk to the beach - and the house itself is charming and cozy. The fireplace was a hit, especially in the chilly evenings or after taking a dip in the freezing ocean. It warmed up the top level and we were comfortable the whole time. Check in was easy, there was plenty of space for our party of four, and we loved it. I absolutely recommend staying at Max's place!

My wife and I came down from Washington to relax. Been really busy at work so we were looking forward to getting away. What a fantastic place. We have a mini Australian Shepherd. Totally enjoyed ourselves. I was relaxing upstairs looking out the window at the ocean, about 2 hours later I woke up. It was truly incredible to be that relaxed. Nobody was on the beach so I was able to let my dog run for a bit. Great places to grab some food close by. They had an excellent smoke house right down the street with great stuff if you like smoked meats and fish. A bakery that made me gain 5 lbs too. We will be back. Thank you.

We loved spending time at the Sand Gate! You can't beat the location, with direct beach access. We could watch the sunset while on the beach, or view it directly from the house! Unbelievable views of the ocean! We also loved the hot tub after a day of playing outside. The house itself is old, and a bit quirky, but we had a great time nevertheless. Lori was great to communicate with when a small issue arose, and it was quickly fixed.

This home was in a wonderful location right by the beach. The house was updated and great for large families, children and pets. The amenities were updated and the beds were so comfortable. It had ample parking and was easy to find. The hosts were amazing and gave clear and simple directions and were always available for support. We definitely plan to come back again!

Beautiful space! After many years not visiting family in Oregon because we live on the east coast region, we enjoyed spending time here with our brother and sister-in-law. It is a gorgeous condo with views straight out to the ocean. A photographer’s dream location and close to quaint town to shop in. Will try to stay here again sometime.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, great for going on walks. Beach access was great, just be cautious - lots of stairs to get down. If you drive a larger vehicle, the parking situation could get a little tight. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

The stay was wonderful and super cozy. The couch was so comfortable and made socializing feel more like home. I’d stay there again. 😊

Stay was enjoyable and comfortable, Hot tub was great. After walk on beach and so was the fire place. Didn't find any floats on the beach, might have come try again. Thanks for all the great communication Tim.

The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

The home we stayed in was beautiful and had more then enough room for everyone in our party. Any questions we had were answered immediately . The house was perfect inside and out. They reallly thought of everything. The checkout time was a little on the early side for us, but other than that we loved staying here. It was perfect for our family vacation ❤️

We had a wonderful stay, and the house was great for our family. We enjoyed the spacious open living room and dining for everyone being able to interact. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the park across the street was great for our group. We had a great time!!!

the pros of staying here: the bed was nice, the towels were soft, the place was clean and looked like the photos, there was a nice size tv the cons: the walk to the beach, it was about a minute walk to the board walk and the boardwalk took a couple minutes to the beach. but from there the hill was a 45 degree grade downhill. it was extremely difficult to get up and down especially with a baby. had to max out going up 2 times a day and was very sore and tired at that. there was another way to get to the beach we drove there but there was $10 parking fee.

We had a really nice stay. The location was excellent. Loved the short walk to the beach and town. The golf course and park being on either side made for a peaceful setting. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. My husband and I traveled with my folks and our two teens - 6 humans and 2 dogs total. It was the max capacity for the home but very comfortable and a great setup.

lovely home, loved the big bathtub in the upstairs bathroom. there is alot of stairs which after a long day of walking kinds tucked but loved that I was separate from the other bedrooms. kitchen had everything you would need, including some spices in the cupboard. lots of games, flash lights and binoculars which I thought was great. Instructions say to put recycling in the garage, sadly as soon as you open the door you do smell alot alot of chemicals. she does let you know about ants so we just made sure to clean up every time we ate and were very careful but still there were ants through out the house. I am not sure about the beds down stairs but up stairs bed is firm which was fine first night but I have horrible back issues so I didn't sleep well the rest of my stay, but honestly I did love the place so I would stay again :). She provides laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher pods. would have loved to have had coffee, but for the price can't beat it. Will be back

This place is a gem—it’s even better than the pictures. The yard is fantastic for kids with plenty of privacy and space to roam. Our kids especially loved the huge sandbox, swings, and toys that were in the house. The house being within walking distance to the beach was an added bonus, and Melissa was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for larger groups or families with young children.

We booked a second annual trip to Manzanita specifically to stay at Sarah’s place because of how wonderful it is! The house is easily accessible, well stocked with all items, comfortable and SO aesthetically pleasing! It’s minutes from the beach and has a wonderful view, all while feeling private despite being right next to other homes. I cannot recommend this place enough, and Sarah as a proactive, accommodating and helpful host! We would love to come back next year!

Things we loved: Location: Lots of beach area that we pretty much had to ourselves the whole week. We flew kites, played football, walked the beach and even had a few campfires. View: Awesome view from the 2nd story condo. We watched a sea lion bask in the sun one day and a bald eagle find its dinner each night. Kitchen: Great kitchen that has everything to prepare all your meals. We stopped by Costco in Portland and Safeway in Tillamook and cooked our own meals. (Grocery store in town is small) Space: Great size for 2 adults, 2 teens and a lab. Host: Very responsive and helpful. Things to consider: Dining space: There is no dining table, just a bar, so if it’s rainy and you want to play games that can be tricky. Stairs: There are quite a few stairs to the condo, we knew this ahead of time so we were prepared for it, but it still made loading and unloading quite a bit more difficult. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish! The house was immaculate and well appointed, any questions or concerns were addressed timely and in a friendly manner by the host, and the view was breathtaking. I highly recommend this house and host having stayed at many spots in Rockaway over the years. We would absolutely book and stay again!

This beach house gem was perfect for our Spring Break with teenagers! The second living room downstairs gave them privacy with a huge comfy couch for movie nights. We loved the gorgeous kitchen and big dining table for meals and board games. The hot tub, gas fireplace, and BBQ grill were used and loved amenities. The sauna is immaculate. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the huge windows showcase beautiful views. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Best of all, it's right across from beach access! Despite being a duplex, we never heard the neighbors. Perfect spot for families wanting space, comfort and beach proximity!
