Another amazing stay at Blyth View. Graham and Jo are great hosts who were very responsive before and during our stay. We had visited before several years ago and our second stay was just as good. The house is beautiful, clean and perfect for a family, especially having the pool onsite. The surroundings are very peaceful and there’s so much to do in the surrounding area. Thanks again for our stay!

We’ve just arrived home after a 2 night stay at James’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped. James kindly let us check in early as it was cleaned and ready for us. Nice and quiet area and lovely warm indoor pool. There is a pub opposite where everyone was very friendly and darts and pool is free. We had fish and chips delivered from Oulton Road fish and chip shop and they were amazing. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Spacious, very clean accommodation with all we needed. It was a comfortable set up for our long weekend. Very well located by the marina with many long walks for our dog but also close enough to restaurants, pubs and shops. A enjoyable stay.

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

Really enjoyable stay at Sarah’s place. She was fantastic and great at getting back to me. The lodge had all you would need including a washing machine. It was clean, spacious and the little treats of biscuits and milk on arrival was a great touch. The site was good, with excellent food and entertainment. The only downside was the bathroom/toilet. As it was downstairs, it was right next to the living room, which could be uncomfortable for some. However, we loved the whole place and will be back if in the area! Fear not about booking!

Couldn’t believe what a beaut of a place this is. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Kristel was responsive and very helpful, even allowing us to let ourselves in early when it turned out we were a bit stuck on arrival day. Short walk into Wells, peaceful cul de sac and good parking. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Smooth booking and then leading to our stay clear instructions for checkin shared. The cottage was exactly like the pictures, very cosy and plenty of amenities to get us settled like being at home. The playing fields across the way were perfect for the kids to enjoy. Location of the cottage was ideal for visiting Wells and Sandringham. Lovely touch too with the homemade cake on arrival.

We had a great stay at Scott’s house. Lovely stay in a brilliant location, right in the centre of Holt. Scott was great with communications, easy instructions for access and also in the house for amenities etc Homemade Victoria sponge waiting for us was a greatly appreciated gesture! Will definitely come again.

Had a fantastic stay at Hoxne House which was able to host 10 of us comfortably. The property was a great base with the beautiful Weybourne beach and countryside just a short walk away. The house has a range of games, beach chairs and wind breaks allowing us to enjoy our trips to the beach and time spent at the property even more. Great communicative host and somewhere I would hire again without a second thought

Shona’s place was a real home from home with everything we needed for a family of 10 staying over Easter. Kitchen was well equipped and living space was lovely and roomy for us all. Fire and hot tub were lovely extras too. Would definitely recommend!

A fantastic stay. Beautiful spacious, clean house that had everything you needed and more. Everything within a few minutes walk but at the same time lovely and peaceful. Great location. Walks in both directions- we took a lovely walk to beeston bump and across to West runton beach. We travelled as two families of 3 (children aged between 9-15) and a grandparent. The downstairs bedroom with nearby toilet was perfect for the grandparent. The whole house is beautifully decorated. Sarah was so helpful and friendly, proactively reaching out and was quick to respond to any questions. Couldn't recommend Paddlestop house enough.

Great location, very walkable and conveniently located. We can for a friend’s wedding and Liam’s spot was ideal. He went the extra mile 9.30pm on a Thursday evening to sort us out with an iron. Definitely recommend.

Kind responsive hosts who were there to help but not intrusive. Very convenient to have en suite bathrooms for the comfortable themed rooms.

What a fabulous peaceful location, couldn't see the sea but could hear it at night through the open bedroom window. Excellent instructions book. Great mattresses & John Lewis bedding. Some very taste full artwork on the walls (esp liked the Philip Gardner's). Impressive batterie de cuisine, cutlery, glasses etc. All good quality items.

We stayed in this beautiful little getaway and absolutely loved it! We were really impressed with how clean everything was and how comfy the bed was! The location is perfect. There is a nice little walk to the beach which is about 2mins!! And a lovely little pub enroute, The Oddfellows which we definitely recommend a visit to! Everything is really easy to get to by foot and the neighbourhood is so nice! Ian was great, very friendly and approachable. He communicated with us prior to arrival to give instructions on what to do when we got there, ensured us we could contact him at any time should we need to (luckily we didn’t), and just before we left. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!

Great weeks stay in New Buckenham. Quirky, comfortable, cosy house with lovely light bright dining area. Easy on street parking. Excellent Sunday lunch at the Kings Head.

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

Great location. At least one double bed would be good and a second toilet when 4 people are staying and a cloths line would be good. The house was fantastic everything we needed we were very happy with it and would stay again.

Our second visit to the house 🏠 We plan to come back again next year too ! Burnham is a lovely village & the house is perfectly situated. Feels like a hole from home when you walk through the door The garden is perfect for the dogs 🐕 too !

Thank you Anna for letting us stay in your lovely place. The location was excellent and in near proximity to the hospital, as well as the bus stop. The house also had excellent amenities and was pristine. Anna was also a great host and helped us change towels and sheets throughout our stay, as well as helping us resolve problems that we encountered in the stay. We had a great time staying at Anna's place.
