Fabulous seaside location, recently refurbished first floor apartment with sea view. A stones throw from the beach and famous Cromer Pier. 2 minutes walk to shops, pubs and restaurants and cafes. Flat 1 is well equipped with 2 double bedrooms (option for a twin or double bed in bedroom no. 2), a separate shower room and toilet, kitchen/dining room with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and a separate living room. Patio area with garden furniture. The perfect location for an escape to the coast.

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. A charming and spacious terraced house in the lovely seaside town of Cromer. The king-size and twin beds are solid oak and we offer a sofa-bed, 2 single airbeds, a travel cot and highchair. Each floor has a bathroom, including a bath and ground floor walk in shower. Our fully equipped kitchen includes range cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. This beautiful apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing break. Located on one of Cromer's most historic residential streets, it is comfortable and full of character. All facilities are within very easy walking distance of the apartment, which is self contained and has its own private access and enclosed garden. A short stroll through North Lodge Park, opposite the property, leads you to the East Beach and promenade where, at the foot of the Gangway, the crab boats are landed.
