From the first contact to the last, they were simply impeccable! Wonderful house, with a breathtaking view, super clean. Hosts and assistants are very polite and kind. It is well worth it for those who want tranquility, privacy and an extremely cozy home. We already want to go back and this time with more people!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The space is exactly as described — clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and give good recommendations. excellent, tv in eaxh room and living room big tv. the only think that will make outstanding is if pool will be heeated, since we pay electricity its ok. everything very good

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the downstairs room is accessed by stairs. The electric shower in the downstairs room was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). Rute, who attended to us, is a special and talented person. It was a pleasure to meet her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the place is worth it, but don't expect super luxury, but a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

Our stay was simply wonderful! Since the beginning of the reservation, we have been very well served by host Cláudia, always attentive, helpful and ready to answer all questions. They made me and my family truly feel at home. The house is extremely functional and very well-equipped, which directly contributed to our comfort and practicality throughout the stay. The rooms are well distributed and spacious airy, ideal for welcoming the whole family with peace of mind. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, which made it much easier to prepare meals. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and clean, smelling bedding. The toilets were also impeccable, with good water pressure and excellent showers. Undoubtedly, it was an unforgettable stay

What can I say about our days in Arraial do Cabo at Chi Fai's place? Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... The apartment is impeccable, everything is wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. It has a market and restaurant next door and is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Lucy is a great host, responds quickly and is very attentive, in addition to having left treats for our arrival! We hope to return as soon as possible!

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. Laura's penthouse was exactly what we were looking for, secure, facing the beach with the beautiful sea view, beautiful sunset, space for family barbecue. It was the perfect choice to reunite with our family. If we come back to the area, we will surely try to stay at this apartment again.
