Quiet place. Exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was very new, I missed one thing or another in the kitchen, but nothing that hindered the stay.

The apartment is very nice, with a good terrace. Very comfortable. Regarding Pontal do Arraial, and this applies to all the accommodations in the area, the road is VERY bumpy. If you rent a manual car, you must know how to use it very well, as there are very steep climbs with potholes. However, it is important to note that the Pontal area is magical. The difficulties in getting there will not be compared to the immense beauty.

Nice house, well-kept and very close to the beach, you don't even need to take the car out of the garage, 10 minutes of slow walking and you're already at Praia do Peró

The apartment is amazing Waking up and seeing those views is a dream. The house is just like the photos, optimal conditions, very well equipped and clean. I recommend going with your own car since entering the pontal can be complicated. It also facilitates access to beaches. Maria was super responsive, the details of the house show the quality of care she provides. I would go again without any hesitation.

Fully equipped house for 4 people. Everything clean and comfortable. With A/C in every section of the house. Very cozy and well laid-out. Easy to get to and central, we arrive walking in 10 min to the center and beaches.

The stay exceeded our expectations, we were delighted with everything the house offers, all rooms very spacious and very well equipped. Swimming pool and sauna are amazing. We had a very nice weekend as a family. Super indico and hope to return soon. Thank you.

My stay was wonderful! The place is exactly like in the pictures: everything very clean, organized and with all the information of the ad being faithfully followed. The view is simply perfect, and the location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The host responds super fast and was very attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely return!

Our time in the apartment was simply amazing! We were greeted by Fernanda and her son, who were extremely polite and attentive from the first moment. The apartment has a spectacular view of the dunes and the sea, which left us enchanted. It is a cozy space, well equipped and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The location is great, a few steps from the sea. Fernanda made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!
