The area is quiet and has bakeries, a convenience store, burger joints, pizzerias and restaurants nearby. Market 10 min walk or just 3 min drive. The apartment is fully equipped, with appliances, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a private gourmet area with an electric barbecue, and a shower, ensuring comfort and convenience.
