Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... We had a great stay! The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and everything was clean. "The view is incredible!!!!! The only point was the flushing of the bathroom from the suite, which was not working well, but as there is a social bathroom, it didn't bring us any discomfort. Communication with Heitor was easy and quick — I had to change the date urgently and he was very helpful. Adriano, who received us, was also super friendly. Without a doubt, if I return to Arraial, I want to stay there again!

I will definitely return to the site! Every penny invested in this accommodation was worth it: facing the sea, extremely ventilated and super spacious! Eduardo's service was excellent from start to finish. He was very attentive to me, which made the whole experience even better! The desire to stay in this place forever is surreal! The cost-benefit is really impressive: the space is large, the price is very affordable, and the place is fully equipped if you want to prepare meals and save even more. Air conditioning, stove, microwave, TVs, excellent bathrooms, all furnished — with a complete structure for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have nothing but praise!

Simple house, but very well equipped and very clean. Good security, with a covered garage for 1 car. The place is excellent for those looking for a quiet place to rest. Soft sandy beach, the water is a little cold but very good too. The street has several dogs that stay by the beach and on the street, I suggest buying them some food, after all they help with the security of the place. I recommend it.

I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well maintained, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great experience! I highly recommend it, and I look forward to visiting again.

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the downstairs room is accessed by stairs. The electric shower in the downstairs room was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). Rute, who attended to us, is a special and talented person. It was a pleasure to meet her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the place is worth it, but don't expect super luxury, but a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

The rooms are well distributed and spacious airy, ideal for welcoming the whole family with peace of mind. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, which made it much easier to prepare meals. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and clean, smelling bedding. The toilets were also impeccable, with good water pressure and excellent showers. Undoubtedly, it was an unforgettable stay

Our stay was excellent! The place is great, very clean, organized and comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and efficient, and he was super attentive in allowing us to check in early, as we arrived early and the property was already available. The location is also a strong point: in less than 2 minutes on foot we were already on the beach. The region is very quiet, perfect for resting. I recommend for sure and would host again!

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. Laura's penthouse was exactly what we were looking for, secure, facing the beach with the beautiful sea view, beautiful sunset, space for family barbecue. It was the perfect choice to reunite with our family. If we come back to the area, we will surely try to stay at this apartment again.
