Very nice apartment, spacious and with many nice decoration details. And A/C in the room was fundamental. Very good experience.

The apartment is a dream. Everything was impeccable, the area is very comfortable, we went with children and we all had an excellent time.

Great stay, it met our expectations, as in the listing, everything working. Paulo left everything right for check-in and check-out, it was very quick and quiet. The apartment was very clean, air running in every room. We very much like it, all practical to use in the kitchen, and well organized, we intend to return soon. Note 10 for me.

The accommodation was clean and organized, had everything we needed including liquid soap in the bathroom sinks, detergent and sponge for crockery and clothes. The bedding we requested were neatly clean and smelling. The apartment served my family of 4 very well. The condo is on the edge of the lagoon and is very large and beautiful. We will certainly return at a next opportunity.

From the first moment, Anderson was very attentive and quick to respond, he made everything easy for us by giving us recommendations for places to sightsee and very good restaurants. We were with a baby and Anderson took the trouble to bring the crib for our comfort. The house is as shown in the photos, clean, safe and with all the amenities, the environment too. Highly recommended!

The place is identical to the photos of the listing, in good location, close to the boarding of the taxi boat, we almost did not use the car which was good, as the traffic in the city during the holiday was very intense. We were greeted very kindly by Patrícia who showed us the apartment and gave some instructions about the condominium. The appliances were very useful and we had no problems during the stay. I recommend and would be back for sure.

The house is cozy and clean. I thank Mrs. Moa and her team for their service. The place is super nice to be with family. I highly recommend it!

House is just like in the ad, huge backyard, large house and excellent pool. The owner was very helpful as was his brother who received us at check in. D. Sandra who helped us clean the house , also helpful and polite . We'll be back for sure.

Absolutely loved Marcelo’s place. We are a young family of 4 (with a 1 and 3 year old) and it suited us perfectly. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of Buzios and really easy to Uber everywhere. The house itself is beautiful, really homely with an amazing kitchen set up. Great if you plan to stay in some nights, which we did with small kids. Marcelo made it really special though. He was a fantastic host, gave us tonnes of really helpful recommendations and always responded immediately. He even sent us a focaccia on our first morning which was delicious. Would definitely stay again if in Buzios!

Great house! My family and I really liked the house. The house and the condominium are very organized, the place is clean and accommodates people comfortably. The location is excellent too, we were quickly able to access the city's top attractions. We feel very safe too, this is an important point! We'll be back!

Luis' house is very nice, located in a beautiful condominium with flowers and nature. It's very comfortable, there are 3 bedrooms and a large living room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Wash your clothes and relax. If you don't have a car, vans pass by the door that take you to the different beaches. Luis' attention is excellent, giving recommendations and solving problems. I recommend going

A very spacious house, with common areas above the average in Búzios, which allowed all guests spaces for good socializing. The swimming pool is a show apart. Huge, good depth, it remained warm all night, only with the day's temperature. A generous barbecue area, with great smoke extraction through the chimney, without leaving a smell of smoke on the guests' clothes. Tasteful landscaping and grassy area. Second time we rented, it was me, my husband, my mother, my mother's dog and my furry son. Great, quiet, safe house (has watches that prowl by bike at night), good bedrooms, 2 pillows for each guest, very good bedding with elastic sheets and another on top, great microfiber blankets, great bath towels that wipe well, nice face towel, large room with fan, very good appliances, stove, large refrigerator, great new airfryer, plenty of pots and utensils, electric coffeemaker, in short, we feel at home. We arrived late at night and the keys were at the concierge that was great, the gate with remote control and I LOVED O RECADINHO COM BOMBOM that they left to welcome us. The dogs were good at home! I highly recommend this place! Only one tip is to take repellent by being close to the lagoon but nothing to hinder the stay! Super polite and solicitous hosts. We answered promptly when it was necessary! ☺️

My experience was amazing! The Apartment is impeccable, the decor is beautiful, the location is excellent! All exactly as in the pictures. The AP has everything you'll need for your stay. The amphitryons are very solicitous, there is a book indicating the beaches and places to visit, you can go to the big beach and there are also good restaurants with a very brief walk. Loved it!

We love our stay on the premises, as in addition to the apartment reflecting the photos, the host was extremely agile and requested in the information and interactions! The condominium's location is also great for enjoying the beach and also the city.

It was so nice to stay at Raphael and Célia's apartment! Cozy apartment, quality items, bed and bath linens, kitchen and etc... The apartment is in the block in front of the pool, facilitating access to the leisure area and the entrance and exit of the condominium and speaking of condominium, which wonderful structure, very nice pool, a private beach, exuberant view and everything at hand.... we'll be back for sure!!!

The place is just like the photos. Located in the best condominium in Arraial do Cabo, near the area to take the boats to Pontal. If you're going to Arraial, I recommend staying here!
