We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Whether as a couple or in groups of up to 6 people, you live gemiatlach, the locals' word for cosily, in one of the four stylish suites. We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.
