An easy walk to town and a short Uber home if the hill seems unnecessary at the end of an evening. We spent delightful hours watching the light over the lake and soaking in the spa.

We were very pleasantly surprised by Kate's place. A perfectly located spot just 10min drive from the city. A beautiful open outlook of Dunedin, modern and immaculate. Everything was provided to make it a cosy and comfortable stay. Kate was lovely and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Robyn is a sweet and thoughtful host and it reflects in her home as well. She turned on the heater before we arrived so we were welcomed into a warm and toasty home. Beds were comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were spotless. She lives next door and our kids enjoyed playing with her friendly dog Molly.

I loved staying in Antonia's apartment--it's a really cute spot, just like the photos, and walkable to the Octagon and lots of great options for food, drinks, coffee, etc. Once I figured out parking (the easiest is just across from where you enter on Queen's Gardens), everything was a breeze. I hope I can come back to Dunedin, and if I do, I'll be staying here!

From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us like family. We even (seriously) asked if she’d adopt us — and we’re 29 and 30! She’s the ultimate Kiwi mum: warm, thoughtful, and endlessly generous. She made my partner’s birthday so special with heartfelt touches we’ll never forget. Beryle went above and beyond in every single way. She was incredibly helpful in reviewing our itinerary and used her local knowledge to help us adjust our plans when the weather changed. Her advice was thoughtful, practical, and spot-on. I would use my last dying breath to recommend you stay with Beryle. This was more than a place to sleep — it was a highlight of our trip, thanks to one remarkable woman. The bed was amazing and the bathroom great! We arrived as guests, left as family. I wish I could say more, but I only have 999 characters!

The house is superb! Near town centre. The inside is also incredible. Very clean and well designed. Netflix works well. Also basic cooking stuffs provided. Highly recommend it.

Of course it had everything you'd expect as per the listing - shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee... but they've thought of everything you might need - breakfast, condiments for self catering, umbrellas just in case, plus an array of brochures for tourist attractions. So warm & comfortable, and as promised the view are amazing day and night. Thankyou!

It’s a great place to spend a few days, as the views are spectacular with horses and sheep around the property! We surely enjoyed our stay at the place! Just that all the washrooms are clubbed together into a large one, with stalls for shower and toilets! It looked like a great place for hosting any event or such… Overall we did enjoy our stay thanks to the amazingly beautiful surroundings!

We absolutely adored staying at Te Awa Lodge on our recent trip to Wanaka. It was a gorgeous riverside home with an amazing hot tub and sauna, which we loved using after our hikes. Graeme and Carolyn were such warm, welcoming hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The property is easily accessible to Wanaka (10-15 min) and Mount Aspiring (1 hour) . Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

absolutely stunning place. Worth every penny spent. it has everything that you ask for, great rooms, great views, boat loads of amenities, huge collection of games, DVDs, books. the room upstairs provides you opportunity for Star gazing while lying on bed. perfect for family. my kid loved this home the most with so many things to do. absolutely perfect in all sense

Clint and Anita’s home was Ana amazing place to stay while we were in Queenstown! The views from the bedroom and the hot tub were something out of a movie! The home was private, and clean and tidy. Clint and Anita were extremely friendly and responsive and our stay in their home was excellent. Would definitely stay again when we return to Queenstown.

The location of this home in Kingston is just breathtaking. The lake, the mountains, the quaint little town -- all of it is perfect. It is a 45-ish minute drive from Queenstown, but that was a plus for us as we had day trips planned to Milford Sound and Invercargill. Plus, the drive to Queenstown is so beautiful. The house was very clean and cozy. We made ample use of the washing machine (which conveniently has a dryer option as well). I would highly recommend a stay at Ian's.

Julianne’s home was perfect for our stay. Situated in a superb location to enjoy all that is special about Wanaka. Fabulous views over Lake Wanaka and the mountains. Magical sunsets. Great apartment, exactly what the listing said it would be. Easy to check In and loads of lighting outside if arriving at night. Clean, tidy, everything you need for a relaxing stay and extremely quiet. Super close to the airport but never heard a plane at all. Really close to great walking tracks along the river and supermarket and cafes really close by. Friendly communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment with a great view and good location as it is near to town areas. Quite a variety of eateries and shopping in town areas. Very responsive and friendly host. Clear instructions to check in and parking is just outside the apartment. Convenient to move the luggages. Good stay indeed!
