Amazing views. The apartment was just beautiful. Perched high on the hill overlooking the lake and the mountains. Spotlessly clean and very cosy with all the amenities I needed including a beautiful outdoor area to chill out in. It’s a great hike down to the Frankton to Queenstown track but if you are not a walker then I would recommend a car as it is a decent drive back up. A quick drive to cafes and brewery by the lake and not far to the local shopping centre in Frankton and Queenstown. It’s the perfect place to get away from everything and truly relax. So quiet and peaceful. The team who look after the apartment are so wonderful and I thank you all for helping make my visit special. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay at Terrace Apartments. The location was great and views were amazing. The fire & heating was lovely for us Queenslanders not use to the cooler days. Thank you for a great stay! Something to note for future travellers is the garage is very narrow, so if you have anything bigger than our Toyota Highlander it wouldn’t fit width wise. Hopefully that helps xx

Wonderful location, just a short walk into town, close to wonderful cafes, restaurants, brewery, water taxi and bus stop. Location was beautiful, quiet and relaxed. Traveled down to Queenstown from Akl and were blessed to have absolutely stunning views from this beautiful Air Bnb. It was a perfect fit for my friends and I with comfy furniture and could enjoy the nice heated spa in the cool crisp air of Queenstown Definitely would recommend staying here for anyone visiting Queenstown! We had a wonderful stay. The view was stunning . We felt like home with all needed amenities. Though we had some wifi and lock problems it was fixed immediately. These apartments were much more than we expected! It would have to be the best place I have ever booked on AirBNB. The location is very close to the main strip. Tiff in reception is super friendly, accomodating and very helpful with recommendations of restaurants and activities. This is a terrifically run business!

We had a beautiful and relaxing time at Anna and her husband’s place. They’ve created a little oasis to unwind and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Anna suggested plenty of activities to do on the peninsula, and a highlight was the bushwalk starting right on the property, winding through her beautifully curated garden. Thank you for letting us stay at your little jewel of a place!

Good location, not too steep so that it was a nice walk to town and back. Private , with great views. A very well functioning house for different members of the group. The bedrooms could be shut off from the kitchen and entertaining rooms. the spa was terrific. Thank you for presenting the house so nicely.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was comfortable, close to transport and easily walkable to many places. Loved the backyard and the gardens and the kitchen blew me away at the number of items available. I typically look for salt, pepper and cooking oil when I go somewhere with a kitchen. Coffee and tea are nice. She has everything! Multiple teas and spices which certainly help in making the cooking more flavourful! Only a half hour walk to the ocean and esplanade, half hour walk to a major wholesale grocery store and a really great fruit and veg store just down the street. This was the perfect spot for us to stay. Thank you Rochelle for everything!

The view from the property was amazing, and the house itself was very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Highly recommend this place!

Very happy with our stay for a family of 8 adults. Everything was well set up in bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Few issues we had was the wheelie bins were full on arrival right next to the front door which was unappealing on arrival and no where to put our rubbish. We also felt to advertise as accommodation for 8 the living room wasn’t the most ideal set up and very crammed in with little couch space for people to sit . Just minor issues. Overall great stay and very happy with everything else

We were mesmerised by this place since the minute we walked in. kids to oldies everyone made memories in this place. Stand out points - View view view. it was unparalleled, unobstructed and dreamy. From the front gate to bathroom to balcony, we felt like we were leaving the dream. Pictures don't do justice to this place. - Ample room for big group - Hot tub was highlight of our trip. it was high quality and clean. - Amenities were well maintained and kitchen was well equipped. -Toilets and bathrooms were immaculate, clean and equipped with high quality stuff. - Only a short drive from city centre. Ufcourse if you ever want to leave.

Wonderful house in wonderful Arrowtown. Opposite Millbrook resort and two outstanding golf courses, 2 mins to Arrowtown and its joyful charm of historic sites, stores, galleries, cafes, restaurants, nook bars, and cinema and bookstore. 4 mins to the outstanding Mora and Akarua vineyard restaurants and to Ayeburn, the sprawling, stylish culinary, vineyard and garden experience with dining rooms, bars, bakeries, water walks. Arrowtown is nestled in the commanding Wakatipu Basic and bordered by the Coronet and Remarkables ranges. 9 Flynn Lane is modern, tasteful, well equipped, the kitchen and living space are roomy and comfortable, the pot-bellied fire is great to get going in the morning, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including 2 ensuites, working space. We will be back. Ron is a Superhost for good reason; he anticipates your needs, responds promptly, offers a very livable home away from home in this spectacular, ambient natural environment.
