The location was perfect for our stay. Sonya let us know that the apartment was ready for us earlier than the ti.e we were told. Sonya offered to turn on the heat pump before we arrived . The apartment was homely and we lived our stay . We certainly will be telling others about our stay. We will be back for another visit and certainly will be keen on staying here again. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment was homely.

Great stay. Very clean and has everything you need

Fabulous outlook over the harbour and even though the house was right in the hub of the bay it was extremely peaceful and quiet. We sampled the food at both the Fishers wife and the Tavern both outlets provided great options at extremely reasonable prices. The accommodation is well set up and extremely clean and comfortable and we were well prepared by John as to the extras we needed to bring. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose

We had the most incredible stay. The house was lovely, comfortable and offered planets of activities, games, and the amount of equipment and amenities felt like home away from home. It was warm and the view was amazing. We will be back for sure! Hosts were fast and clear with all communications. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying in Ruth's house. There was plenty of room for five people and the views are amazing. We especially enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets. The house was clean and the beds and soft chairs comfortable. There are lots of stairs as the house is on four levels - and its a steep walk up from the town centre - so best suited to people who are physically active! Thank you Ruth!

Our family had a restful stay at this place! It’s at a great location which is within 3-5 min driving distance from supermarkets and visitor centers (including restaurants). This home has a great view of the lake Tekapo as well, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The host is very welcoming and friendly.Unfortunately, there is no washing machine.The environment outside the window is very good, worth recommending!

First of all, overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation. I booked a place on the Twizel side to send the Mountain Cook schedule. It was also okay to go back and forth for 2 days. It is a good accommodation for 2 families or a large family to stay. - There was a hair dryer, but there are no other shower supplies, so you have to bring your own. - The neighborhood itself is very small and quiet, so the grocery store was closed at 20:00 and 20:30 as of January. - If the grocery store is closed, there is no place to eat nearby, so please refer to the schedule. - The house itself is quite large, pleasant.

Place is wonderful and well stocked with supplies. Great communication with the host. Stay longer to appreciate the place.

We had a wonderful family holiday by the beach in Karitane and the house was great - perfect being so close to the beach and so cosy in the evenings by the fire - thanks so much Becs!

There is nothing bad to say about the property . It's gorgeous . Staying in a private owner's Airbnb and staying in one owned by a corporation. I found Theresa's communication snippy or non-existent . You have to click a few times to find the entry info on an attachment within an email . The "door code" is not a door code but a lock box code and you have to search a bit to find the lock box location. I mentioned needing help and received a less than pleasant response . I left some things at the property and asked about them but received no response. The service is professional but not personal.

We spent two weeks in Brendon's flat and found it the perfect base camp for adventures around Wanaka. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to town and a great little coffee shop, and the flat itself was quiet and comfortable, with modern appliances and well-equipped with everything needed for our longer stay. I especially loved the radiant heated floor in the bathroom! The view of the mountains is gorgeous and we enjoyed several stunning sunrises. One thing to note is that the driveway would be a tad tight for a larger vehicle. We had a medium-sized SUV and had no issues, but wouldn't have wanted to try to park anything larger. Brendon was a wonderful host and I would highly recommend his place. We would definitely stay there again!

Amanda and Lisa were extremely helpful and responsive to information requested. Lisa was amazing when my husband suffered a medical event and needed to be taken to hospital, ever so helpful and generous. We loved the apartment very well furnished and presented.

Excellent, tidy, well maintained and felt really premium with top end amenities and presentation. Would highly recommend this place to anyone for any occasion. Easily would host 2 couples. Stay for longer if you can, you won’t want to leave.

Absolutely amazing stay. The views are incredible, and it was so peaceful. Close to the trail to go for walks or you can walk to the city. We had such a lovely time. Would definitely recommend for those staying in Queenstown.

We had the most amazing time at the River House. The house is fantastic, perfect amenities and right on the river. Jo was a fantastic communicator so helpful with any questions we had and we greatly appreciated Ken ensuring we had enough firewood. We had a lovely time and we were so sad to leave. We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas holiday at Midbrae! The house is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning. We loved the well thought out architecture and design incorporating the outdoors into the home. Lizzie is a phenomenal host. She answered all of our questions and was so helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay at Denbigh Escape. The house had two separate bedroom wings off the main living areas which we appreciated for our stay. The house had everything you could possibly need and was very conveniently situated. Just a quick walk into town for dinner or drinks.
