The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

Car charging is included in the rent, you must bring your own charging cable. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022.
