Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ossès

We stayed here as a stopover on our way back from Spain, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly relaxing — exactly what we needed after a long drive. We brought our two dogs with us, and they settled in straight away. It’s a peaceful, welcoming place that made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!

Passage d une nuit seulement entre deux journées de vélo, le logement était parfait pour nous reposer et profiter de notre soirée dans un environnement très calme et agréable. Le logement a été refait récemment et l on s y est tous très bien senti et très bien accueilli

une belle maison, bien conçue et décorée avec goût. Un moment entre amis très agréable. L’emplacement est calme, idéal.

Grâce à Cathy qui a toujours été sympathique et reactive et sa maison, nous avons pu fêter la retraite de deux de nos amis de la meilleure des manières. Très belle maison Basque avec un grand jardin et une grande piscine. L'espace au rez-de-chaussée est parfait pour pouvoir manger et passer de bons moments en cas de pluie. Nombreuses chambres à l'étage, joli dortoir et plusieurs salles de bain pour tout le monde (nous étions 24). N'hésitez pas pas à louer cette maison, d'autant plus que le cadre est magnifique.

Logement magnifique dans un cadre digne du pays Basque "une pure beauté", maison décorée avec goût, et encore une hôte qui autorise les animaux et pour cela je la remercie énormément. Je recommande +++

Kontxi and Xabi were very welcoming, and we were made to feel at home immediately. The apartment is beautiful, with amazing views of the hills. The garden was safe and secure for our 4 year old to play, with a trampoline and swings to keep him amused. There were some food essentials provided which was appreciated after a day of travelling. Kontxi provided many local recommendations in San Sebastianand the surrounding area. Our favorite part was being so close to the green path which stretched up towards the hills and to San Sebastian, which was perfect for early morning runs before it got too warm. The bakery close by and the fresh milk machine (milk pasturised that day!) Were also highlights. As users of AirBnB for many, many years, we agreed that Kontxi and Xabi were the best hosts we havd had. We would love to come back.

The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo. La casa está genial, hemos ido con niños y han disfrutado de los juegos y del frontón cercano. Muchas rutas bonitas para hacer realmente cerca. Todo ha sido estupendo.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo fácil de llegar y a tiro de piedra de Lekunberri. Donde hay de todo. Si te gusta el senderismo y la naturaleza Rafa el anfitrión de podrá ayudar ya que conoce la zona bastante bien .

This is a lovely apartment in a very special place. Really cosy and comfortable with wonderful buildings all around. Great bars and restaurants on the doorstep too. Alvaro was really helpful getting us settled and providing lots of tips on the locality. He helped us find a parking spot and took us to the apartment - you have to park your car a few minutes away. Parking is scarce so once parked we didn’t move the car. Not a problem as we were only here a couple of nights and everything is walkable. Highly recommended.

Vi havde en rigtig fin familie ferie i Annie's bolig. Huset og byen ligger perfekt for vandreturer i området og korte dagsturer til f.eks. San Sebastian og til havet. Vi har nydt det rigtig meget.

Imaginez un havre de paix au coeur du Pays Basque authentique..... imaginez dans ce havre de paix un appartement au top.... Cuisine moderne et hyper fonctionnelle, 3 chambres avec une literie au top, 2 salles de bains dont une avec baignoire et douche.... frigo, congélateur, plaque à induction et une terrasse avec table et banquette et vue sur les montagnes.... et tout cela à 15mn de l'accès autoroute, 10mn d'une grande surface et 30mn de l'océan.... Ben avec une météo au top, on a passé un séjour fantastique ..

A traditional building in the old quarter but the flat itself was very modern and in excellent taste. The old town was fascinating but the newer streets towards the Marina were also lively. Great recommendations for eating out and we tried most of them.

Notre Séjour s’est très bien passé. Le logement était très confortable, la literie de qualité et rien ne nous a manqué. Tout était impeccable niveau ménage. Beaucoup de services étaient mis à notre disposition, beaucoup de choses fournies comme les serviettes, peignoirs, gel douche, ou encore pour le petit déjeuner comme le lait jus de fruit, confiture, miel en plus du café ou du thé ! Nous avons apprécier le balcon pour manger dehors. Il était très pratique aussi de garer la voiture au pied du logement. Notre séjour tout en indépendance nous a beaucoup plus. Sylvie et son mari sont très accueillant et à l’écoute tout en se faisant discrets. La proximité de l’autoroute ne nous a pas dérangé au niveau sonore. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Appartement très propre et très bien placé dans le centre ville, à proximité immédiate des transports en commun !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à 2 familles avec jeunes enfants dans cette magnifique maison :). L’accueil a été très agréable, les hôtes nous ont gentiment proposé d’adapter nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ dans la maison et nous ont donné de nombreuses recommandations pour le séjour. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée, décorée avec goût, chaleureuse, spacieuse, très confortable, la piscine chauffée est parfaite pour les enfants (et les adultes!), le grand jardin en lisière de forêt de pins a été très apprécié. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons tous avec plaisir!! Merci pour les jolis souvenirs que nous garderons de notre séjour dans les Landes.

We spent a wonderful week at Olivia's place in August. The place is amazing, with that great "old French country house" feel but with plenty of modern amenities. We took full advantage of the large kitchen and the pool in the backyard. We also used the dishwasher and washing machine multiple times. The house is located in the small village of Ahetze, which was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, but also very easy to drive to the beaches on the coast, out into the Basque countryside, or over the border to San Sebastian and Bilbao. There's a large parking area in front of the house as well. Olivia was a fantastic host - incredibly communicative, friendly and helpful. Overall, it was one of our favorite AirBnb houses that we've ever stayed in. We'd love to come back!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Traumhaus. Es fängt alles schon bei der Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin an, die einwandfrei war. Sie meldete sich immer schnell und kümmerte sich stets um alle unsere Anliegen. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön,modern und sauber. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und haben fast alle eigene Duschen. Es gibt ausserdem einen Spielbereich, mit Tischtennis, Tischfussball und Billiard. Die Küche ist gross und bietet alles was man braucht. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, der sehr gut in Stand gehalten wird. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist toll: Ein ruhiges Quartier mit freundlichen Menschen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Une pépite au bord de l’océan… Magnifique maison cosy les pieds dans le sable, avec un délicieux restaurant de poissons juste à côté. Nous avions toute notre intimité. Il y a un bus qui dessert la maison depuis la gare de Bayonne, ce qui est très pratique et la gare de TER est à 20 minutes à pieds. Nicolas a été au top avec nous. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. La maison est en excellent état, et tous les équipements sont parfaitement fonctionnels. Merci encore !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Camille. Elle est grande et très agréable à vivre, idéalement située au calme tout en étant juste à côté du centre du joli village de Sare. Parfait pour découvrir la région tout en ayant un lieu calme et agréable !

Das Haus von Pierre ist traumhaft. Die Raumaufteilung ist hervorragend, das Ambiente ist hell und freundlich. Spätestens beim Blick aus dem großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich auf Palmen und Pool ist man im Urlaub angekommen. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe. Ich bin täglich Bahnen geschwommen, die Kinder konnten sich darin austoben. Der Whirlpool ist natürlich ein absolutes Highlight. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und sowohl drinnen als auch draußen kann das Essen genossen werden. In direkter Nähe ist die hervorragende Bäckerei von Maxime Raiffé. Hier haben wir täglich unsere Croissants, Chocolatine und Baguette für das Frühstück geholt. Ein Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf ist auch per Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto lässt sich die Gegend super erkunden. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage und der Stellplatz am Haus ist sehr bequem. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Pierres Haus.

We felt right at home, the Agency was very helpful ! The home is surrounded by a lot of trees and is very peaceful. The rooms are spacious even the « TV ROOM ». Kitchen has all the amenities for stay at home lunch and diner. The pacio is perfect for dinner and apero !
