Stylish Apt in the Heart of the City

Come and enjoy a local barcelona experience in our central apartment, we guarantee you a memorable stay in this wonderful Mediterranean city! We love making people feel at home. We will be there for you at any time of the stay, think us as your holiday concierge, on-call if you need a restaurant recommendation or to leave your bags for a few hours because your flight arrives or lives at weir time. We've got you cover! :) We are right in the heart of the chic L'Exaple distric, whose beautifully planned architecture is world famous. Just outside the old city, Dreta de L'Example's leafy boulevards are home to Gaudi stunners like Casa Battlo and Casa Mila (La Pedrera). Hight-end shopping on the ritzy Passeig de Gracia is just a few blocks away, with Plaza Catalunya and the famous Ramblas located less than 15 minutes walk from our building. The apartment is in a prime central location, where you can walk to most of the important points of Barcelona. Sagrada familia 15 minutes walk, as well as plaza Catalunya, Ramblas, and the old town distric. Passeig de Gracia famous avenue is just 5 minutes walk. The nearest metro stations, just 2 block away, are the L-4 Yellow Line, Girona stop, and the L-5 Blue Line, Verdaguer stop. The L-4 will take you to the beach, 3 stops away, while the L-5 will get you to Sants, the main Rail Station, 4 stops away. From the airport, a taxi will take 40 minutes and cost around 40€, or you can take the Airport Shuttle Bus ( 30/35 minutes and 5,50€) to Plaza Catalunya, which is a short-15 minute walk from our building. -City tax is not included on the price. You have to pay it cash or credit card at the check in: 2.48€/person/night. Kids under 12 years old do not pay. -Check-in time is at 15:00hs but we always try to adapt to our guests if we don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. One of us will be waiting for you in the flat at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24 hours reception so it's very important for us to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra charge for late check-in: from 21:00hs to 23:00hs: 30€, after 23:00hs: 50€ to be paid when you arrive to the apartment. -Check-out time is at 11:00hs. Late check out has an additional cost. -Pets are not allowed, non smoking apartment. -No parties are allowed and please do not make unnecessary noise. -We ask our customers to blend in and behave normally and especially feel at home. -Licencia HUTB-009702

Unbeatable central location in a safe, calm and easily accessible area. Direct bus links with the airport. Beautiful apartment in a majestic building with high ceilings and large windows, with lots of light and natural ventilation, providing a calm environment perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. A large lounge/dining room with an integrated and well-equipped kitchen. Two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. A large terrace. It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.

Bonjour Venez passer vos vacances dans une magnifique villa colonial au bord de la mer. L’appartements se situe au premier étage de cette villa. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a un magnifique jardin commun ombragé de 70 m² avec un barbecue. La villa se trouve à 150 m de la plage et 150 m de la place du village où il y a de nombreux restaurants et bars. La villa est au calme dans une rue avec peu de passage. A really great stay for me. Easy to check in and the kind receptionist gave me ideas of where and what to do. Place was so close to the beach. It was clean and perfect for a 3 day stay. You can hear other people in the apartment above but it’s no different if you live in flats wherever. Air con worked really well too.

Great location, fantastic view and lovely old Barcelona style apartment. Has everything you need. Even though it’s in the Old Town, it was not noisy at night or in the morning. Lovely to wake up to the view of the sea everyday. You have everything you need at your fingertips. Jenny was a great host.

Apartment was clean free of clutter comfortable with all the amenities needed for our stay. We cooked almost every day and I loved the full Stove/oven. The washer is also a drier and that was very convenient as well. Location is unbeatable super close to casa batlo and walkable to all the attractions. The hosts were great with communication, flexible and very proactive. Would recommend 100%

Simpelthen en dejlig lejlighed med den skønneste udsigt over by og vand. Alberto var sød til at hjælpe når jeg kontaktede ham- vi måtte også tjekke lidt senere ud. Jeg vil ikke anbefale at bruge køkkenet til større måltider, men den kan godt bruges til kolde måltider. Vi havde en fantastisk ophold og vil helt sikkert komme igen!

Bego & Juan’s place is well situated 3 minutes walking distance from Playa de Barceloneta, grocery store is 3 minutes walking distance from the flat which is also very nice, you can try tapas & drinks at the square near the flat. Houselord was very responsive and helpful with the tips about local attractions and things to do. Flat is very cozy and everything you will need during your stay is there.
