The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

Samuele is a very friendly host with great communication and very responsive to requests. Perfect apartment, very nice with a beautiful view from the terrace… I would highly recommend it

An extremely tranquil place to unwind, with an unmatched vista of the sea. We used to have a swim every morning and evening at the little beach below which is just lovely. The main bedroom is spacious and bright and with the windows open & the shutters closed there’s a lovely breeze through the night (in June). We cannot thank Gisella and indeed her sister Alberta enough for helping us when we lost our car keys on arrival. Giuseppe drove us into town late in the evening to have something to eat as we had nothing and was prepared to wait for us and bring us back. Their kindness was unmatched and when the keys were eventually located by Alberta’s torch in a scrubby bit of land they were nearly as happy as we were!😄 Thank you again.

We spent a week in Paolo's house with 3 children. The location is perfect for excursions on the island. At first we couldn't find the house but Paolo was able to help us in a timely manner. The small bay at the bottom of the house was very great: the way there is quite steep but it is doable. The kids were able to snorkel well there. We really appreciated the mosquito screens in front of the windows and the kimaanlage. The seat in front of the house is wonderful: beautifully shaded during the day and only sunny in the evening. The spiral staircase inside was narrower than expected, you can hardly carry large luggage up and probably rather unsuitable for smaller children. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Our excursion tips close to the house: The Mineral Museum with a guided tour in the quarry, the black glitter beach outside of Rio Marina.
