The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The house, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with no window shades, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sofa bed. The two bedrooms have large ceiling fans and double beds. The bathroom is fully equipped and has a comfortable glass-enclosed shower. The outdoor pateo has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with table and chairs/lounge chairs Naregno Beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot. The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
