A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The apartment located in Portoferraio is in a quiet residential area located in a strategic position that is about 400 meters from the historic center, about 450 meters from the beach of Ghiaie and about 200 meters from the port of Portoferraio. It is easily accessible on foot from the ferry landing. There are free parking lots nearby. The apartment is spacious and bright with sea views, and has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 balconies, and a bathroom.

The holiday apartment Casina vintage, which is situated in Rio, overlooks the nearby sea. The 86 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

La Casa di Laura, Elba Island
