The farm is immersed in the Maremma hills near the sea (30 min). The old farmhouse is surrounded by our land, where we cultivate the vegetable garden and the garden, where the children play, and where 2 dogs and several cats roam. Outdoors, there is a shared kitchen open to everyone and various relaxation areas. The apartment is on the upper floor of the farmhouse. The reconstruction of the entire farm has become our passion, and so you will find an environment full of artisanal expression.

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The apartment located in Portoferraio is in a quiet residential area located in a strategic position that is about 400 meters from the historic center, about 450 meters from the beach of Ghiaie and about 200 meters from the port of Portoferraio. It is easily accessible on foot from the ferry landing. There are free parking lots nearby. The apartment is spacious and bright with sea views, and has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 balconies, and a bathroom.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

The accommodation is located in a villa from the early 1900s, in a green and quiet area (Porticciolo) about 2 km from the municipality of Rio Marina. It has a private bathroom, kitchen and two double bedrooms (one of which is a double), for a maximum of four people. As the property is not completely fenced on all sides, for security reasons we prefer not to accommodate pets.
