Near by is fabulous shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Studio faces the ocean. This is a direct ocean front studio. Indoor & outdoor north pool are currently open. Sauna and gym are open. We have beach access to the north side of the building via the public access ramp. Temp parking is next door, south side behind white fence.

It has a screened in large patio with a view showing a piece of the ocean - as well a screened in patio with a westerly view for the sunsets. Impeccably clean .NOT PET FRIENDLY. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED - our family has extreme allergies.
