Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ormond Beach

I couldn't of asked for a better host! Nick and Anna are wonderful people, and are very accommodating for when you are staying there. The house is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We stayed for bike week, and it was great to be away from all of the noise. The bar downstairs was a very nice touch. After a long day of riding, just relax at the bar and play some tunes on the jukebox. Nick and Anna are great conversationalists, and we're very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend staying here over any other place. Truly a 10/10 experience. We are looking forward to booking again in the future!

Beautiful home and the pool was amazing! Nicole was very responsive and helpful. We had a death in the immediate family and had to leave early, but we would definitely stay again. I wish they had offered our money back for the 2 days we couldn't stay, but such is business!

Exceptional stay. Nicole’s place is one of the cleanest we have stayed at. Exceptional host and very well outfitted place. Had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is very easy. Beaches are great and easy to walk to. Neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are all very friendly.

Surf to Sunsets is Great. Extremely clean & stocked with any & everything you’d want or need for your visit. Jeannie & Debbie are fabulous hosts! They are easy to work with & go the extra mile to have the house stocked with breakfast items & snacks to start your stay. Great location & quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to our next stay! We stayed at Theresa's place for 3 weeks and it was really great. The house is located in a quiet and gated cul de sac that made it feel extra safe and private. The house has access to the water with its own dock (which was a hit with our 3 year old). Supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping are 5-10 min away. The house is organized in a way that creates full separation between the parents' suite and the other 2 bedrooms and the views from most windows are amazing. Don't think twice, it is a great spot for a great family vacation.

Nice spot not far from Gemini Springs. The area is very walkable and the Airbnb was just as shown. The bedroom shares a wall with another unit but I never had any noise issues. Overall great place to stay!

Chris was amazing, and responded so quickly. The house was very clean, and just like the photos. The location was perfect and we were able to walk around everywhere. I will definitely be booking with Chris again, and this has been one of the best Airbnb experiences ever!

Great to stay at this fantastic place, was absolutely just what we needed. Myself and two friends came over from England to attend Welcome To Rockville and this was the perfect base for us. Chis was next level helpful when it came to any questions that needed answering. Already thinking of next year’s festival and Chris will be the first person I contact to see if this place is available.

Joel and Kathy were the most accommodating and helpful hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with at an air bnb. The environment was incredibly homey, we made friends for life in all the other guests that stayed this weekend as well, I made cupcakes for two of the guests that were staying and Kathy bought us eggs for me to use and answered every question I had instantly. There was a fresh pot of coffee every morning when I woke up and everyone would take turns making more if we needed it. The breakfast bar was fantastic not many people would do that for their guests. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying with Joel and Kathy again when we come to visit. The amenities like the pool and hot were also a huge bonus after walking around all day at the festival we attended. And the massage chairs are top notch! I’m definitely going to miss the puppies! Diamond, cooper, and James, will always have a place in my heart! Overall amazing god fearing power couple! Joel and Kathy are amazing hosts!!

Wonderful couple and wonderful stay. Clean, informative and family friendly. My kiddos loved the dogs and pool and I love the hut tub. I’ll definitely be back.

If I ever return to Port Orange, I'll definitely be booking with Addie again! My stay at the Airbnb was such a unique experience, it truly felt like home. We had a wonderful overnight stay at Inn on The Avenue! The livingroom, kitchen & dining area is vibrant, fun, beachy and comfortable enouch to curl up and read a book. In the morning before we left, (Carole, who was a great host) made wonderful Italian scrambled eggs while we made pancakes on a griddle set in the table and talked with her and a few other guests. We were sorry it was only an overnight stay. This is a perfect place for couples to stay, girls trips, book clubs... Location is incredible, walking distabce to bars, restaurants and the ocean. We truly can't wait to return!

Gracious host with a large knowledge of the area and things to do. I felt at home and appreciated his hospitality. I will be returning. Even the living room common space was a such a vibe.

The Inn on the Ave is where you should be staying when in NSB. The personal touches of hospitality the Inn gives to their guests is something that cannot be quantified. Perfect location on Flagler for quick beach access as well as having some of the best dining options right outside your door or a few blocks away. The owners are personable and enjoyable so if you’re looking for the art of hosting that has been lost in contactless AirBnB options, book here! And don’t skip out on the Welcome Sangria, it’s delicious!

Beds were extremely comfy and provided for all our needs. The breakfast and coffee was a wonderful touch in the morning. Beautiful quiet safe neighborhood was great for morning walks with the dog. Extremely reasonable price, would definitely come back to stay with Joel and Kathy!!

It was a great place to stay even though we did not spend a lot of time there due to us going to the Daytona 500, but the other guests that were there were friendly. We met a couple of people that also went to the Daytona 500 and it made for a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone else that is looking for a great place with friendly people.
