Dawson’s landing was a wonderful way to spend our spring break. Connie was a great host - proactive and responsive. Her home was warm and welcoming, and so close to the beach! She also went above and beyond leaving thoughtful Easter treats for my son! Without question we would stay here again.

We loved our stay at easy living. The proximity to Harris Beach State Park was lovely. The house itself was beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything you might need for a comfortable stay. The fenced backyard was cute and really handy to let our dog out. Loved the provision of doggy bags. The owners were super responsive, would stay again. The only think the keep in mind is that the house is next to 101 and if you are a very light sleeper the road noise at night might require some getting used to.

This was a great place. So many added touches for convenience and comfort. It was well stocked and very clean! The neighbors are all so friendly as well. I spoke with a couple of them when out on a walk. Great spot. Beautiful views! Highly recommend.

What an incredible, healing stay at Teri and Joni's! Teri was so kind, thoughtful and informative. The location offers the exact kind of wild and stunning beauty I was looking for with expansive views of the ocean and Goat Island. I immediately felt at home in the airbnb (which was packed with breakfast food, coffee, fruit and snacks!). Teri even had me over for an incredible lunch with a good friend of hers and their pups (extra bonus was getting to spend time with Sailor and Shoshone!). I spent part of every day sitting in the hot tub that overlooks the ocean and watching birds, sea lions, and whales swim in front of me. I went on a number of hikes in the redwoods and spent time on the nearby beaches whale watching. All to say...look no further! This is probably the best airbnb I have stayed at and I can't wait to come back for a visit!
