Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Opatija

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We loved this apartment!! We were only here 1 night and it was raining so we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful patio at the house. We sat outside under a covered area for an hour but it would have been incredible on a beautiful day! The house is exactly as pictured and described. My daughter absolutely loved this house due to all of the pink and purple accents. Due to some road closures, we got turned around a little bit. Ingo was very responsive and quickly helped us find our way. She was waiting outside to greet us when we arrived. She had lots of amenities. Dish soap, dishwasher, tabs, laundry, detergent, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towel, towels, extra blankets… she even left a bunch of Easter eggs for my three children!! It is outside of the city center, but it was an excellent value. Two adults and three children slept comfortably. Thank you Inga!

nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

The house is just as beautiful as in the photos. We felt right at home. Everything is very clean, the landlord has always been available and the hot tub is cleaned regularly. Everything was great. 😊

We had a wonderful time in Krnica! The house was very well maintained, lovingly decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Particularly beautiful was the small courtyard, where we could have a cozy breakfast every morning – accompanied by the soothing cackling of the chickens from the neighborhood. Maja was incredibly friendly, always helpful and provided us with many valuable insider tips that enriched our vacation. Thanks to our car, we were able to easily take great excursions – whether to Rijeka, the Plitvice Lakes, Medulin or fantastic beaches such as Cape Kamenjak. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation❤️!

If you're looking for a place to take a break from your fast-paced life, you're here! Clean, tidy, with lots of natural amenities in the area. I recommend to everyone except those who have a problem that the stairs to the sleeping area are steep, and the ones that lead to the bathroom are narrow and spiral. We're happy, we'll be back on another occasion! :)

We are all very satisfied with the communication with the host, the surroundings, the dining options and the excursion opportunities. The apartment itself is worth its money and even in winter the city offers a beautiful sight due to the extensive Christmas lighting. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Great little place for a few days in Pula. Quite clean and responsive hosts. In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Due to the proximity of the owners property- there’s a little less privacy. Otherwise, really cute place and worth the price.

This is the most beautiful Airbnb I've ever seen. Everything was perfect, very clean, very spacious, very bright, close to the sea. Nothing to say, it was sublime.

We spent just over two weeks in this great place and felt at home from the first moment. The apartment is really well equipped and was ideal for us as a family. Great position if you want to visit Crikvenica,Selce,Novi Vinodolski. If you're traveling with a dog, the apartment has a yard where your dog can play,and the beautiful dog beach is only 10 minutes away by car. The place is in a quiet location,away from the hustle and bustle, yet close if you want the same.

We stayed here for 6 for a week and the apartment was really great for that. Plenty of space and two separate areas. The best would be the 4 bathrooms and the balcony with great views. There was also everything else you need, enough towels, blankets and a well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook yourself. Opposite the house is a pizzeria that is highly recommended and only a 2-minute walk away you will find a supermarket with everything you need. There is also a staircase directly next to the house, but from there it is about 10 minutes to the main road and the ascent back is relatively strenuous.

We spent our five nights in one of the wooden cabins and were able to enjoy the togetherness, nature and tranquility together with our dog. The outdoor kitchen had everything we needed to take care of us over the period. Miki was available to us at all times and was very helpful (picking up firewood, round recommendations, etc.) Her hospitable nature showed Miki and his partner above all by bringing us local apple juice from the neighboring village. All in all, a very successful stay to unwind and feel comfortable. We highly recommend this place.

Amazing peaceful location in nature. Perfect rest for me as I motorbike from Scotland to Greece. The breakfast was amazing- fresh local produce, meals are also offered which would surely be as good.

My partner and I were Miki's guests for only 2 nights but with great regret because the place was worth a longer stop. If you want a real dip in the nature and tranquility of a remote place but without sacrificing the comforts of accommodations and amenities (everything is very new and well functional) then it is the place for you! We thank our host Miki and his daughter for the attention to detail, the delicious hospitality they offered us, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful house, great view, lovely wood stove. Noisy neighbours: Bronsty deer😜. Nature is very close here. What a wonderful place to disconnect from civilization. Incidentally, great internet coverage (KPN). Being able to make beautiful walks from the house. We were able to charge our electric car for free in Skrad! (Elen network) The Ioniq 5 went smoothly across the forest and gravel paths to the house. Definitely recommend if you are looking for peace!
