Cottage vacation rentals in Opatija

The cottage, very quiet location, was fantastic. Beautifully romantically furnished with a beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom. Everything we needed was present and the jacuzzi was great too 😁 We did not meet the hostess in person, but communication went very smoothly via wattsapp. If there were any problems, we could go to the super sweet neighbor Elvira. This is definitely a stay to return to.

We had a wonderful holiday at Haus Zora. The whole house Zora with terrace, courtyard, basement vault and pool area with garden is so lovingly laid out that we immediately felt very comfortable. The communication with Lucija and her father worked great. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility, which was very relaxing for us. We highly recommend a break at Haus Zora to anyone! Thanks for the relaxing time!

Dear Jasna, This was the most beautiful Airbnb experience we have ever had. You are incredibly warm and have a great eye for detail. You trusted us completely, which made the stay even more special. The villa is absolutely stunning, everything was spotless and very, very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped – we truly didn't need anything else. The beds are comfortable, and the whirlpool is a perfect touch. The location is ideal, offering complete peace and quiet. We would love to come back anytime

We booked 14 nights in Natasa's house and were very satisfied with it. The equipment is excellent, Natasa is very hospitable, has provided a coffee machine and a door gate for the little one especially for us. The house was very clean from top to bottom. The village of Belavici is very quiet and especially suitable for people or families looking for peace, traveling by car and wanting to explore the beautiful, wild nature of the Istrian east coast. But also to the beautiful cities of the west coast (Rovinj, Porec) or in the south (for example Pula and Medulin) you can easily drive by car in 20 to 30 minutes. Rabac is northeast of Belavici and also absolutely worth a trip. The mattress on the 2nd floor (double bed upstairs) could be a little softer, people who need a soft mattress for orthopedic reasons may need to bring a travel topper. Otherwise, really everything was excellent (especially the Jacuzzi, of course🙏🤗😉).

The hostess welcomed us very lovingly. Also during our stay, she asked several times if everything was ok. The house is very cute and exactly we are pictured in the pictures.

Beautiful and peaceful place. A truly unique and authentic holiday. I appreciate the style of the cottage, the location and everything like in the old days. Genius loci.. Maximum privacy, beach most of the time just for us. A paradise for dogs. Amazing holiday in Croatia by the sea.

Wow, just wow! We couldn't stop smiling while Dragana showed us the house - it's huge! Build over three stories it offers everything one could ask for. Sadly we only stayed for two nights but loved every second of it. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very special due to the maritime design and the location of the associated terrace with the incredibly great view! There are a thousand details to discover in the apartment and the whole property. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back if we are in the area again. Neven and his wife are super friendly and the dinner (fresh fish) on the private terrace was terrific! The kitchen is well equipped and it is more the feeling as if you were living in a lively and thus lovingly and fully equipped apartment.

We had a wonderful place to stay with extremely friendly hosts. Everything corresponded to our complete satisfaction. We were able to contact you at any time and we were made directly suggestions and recommendations for the stay. The garden and the accommodation are spacious, 3 beautiful terraces always offer the opportunity to sit adapted to the weather. The way to the beach is short and steep, but worthwhile every time. Excellent house for a family vacation. We are a family of four with children aged 7 years old and 8 months old and this house had the space, comfort and amenities we needed for a great stay- the pool, the fully equipped kitchen and most importantly, the good, firm beds are what we appreciated. In terms of location, it’s a short drive away from town and the gorgeous beaches of Rabac; this was perfect for us as we wanted to be away from the crowds. Marino’s suggestions for restaurants were spot on.

Morena and Mirza are the most wonderful people I have encountered in a very long time. They took care of us and our dogs as if we were their own children. In the morning we were greeted by pancakes, fritters, pies... All the things they didn't have to and are not obligated to offer them was gusto. Wonderful people, beautiful place to stay - we couldn't have chosen better. I can't wait for a new arrival 🥰

The owners of the house are simply a dream. So friendly, they respond immediately if you have a question and are helpful. The house is located in a shared garden area, but you will still not be disturbed by the neighbors because the plot is very large and my dog was totally happy about it. You can go for nice walks in the area, but for swimming, shopping or sightseeing you need a car. The reception was very warm, a snack and homemade sweets were already waiting for me in the fridge and also wine and schnapps. And at the end, they came with small gifts. One is really surprised by so much hospitality. Thank you so much for the wonderful time at your place.

coming home after a long day at the beach or a hike was always a great, relaxing treat. Our dog loved the large garden around the house. Anja is a kind and always helpful host who has carefully equipped the house with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

The small apartment has been renovated with a lot of attention to detail, and the furnishings are also individually combined - old with modern ones. We felt very comfortable! In front of the cottage there are 2 sun loungers and a seating area overlooking nature. Next door is ( offset to the back ) the neighbors' terrace, which is basically no problem - unless you want to be all to yourself. Location on the mountain is very nice! Everything is relatively quickly accessible - beaches, supermarkets, hiking trails and the small town of moscenice draga, where you can have a little more “ hustle and bustle” if desired . And to mention a very nice and pleasant communication with the hostess! Thank you 🤩 We liked it very much.

Cora and Thomas are very warm and accommodating hosts. Standard kitchen utensils have everything you need. The Airbnb is exactly as described and in the pictures. The sleeping area is even bigger than it looks. The terrace has been our absolute highlight with beautiful views of the sea. Cora and Thomas's house is also on the property but they were very quiet and we didn't actually hear from them. Important to mention for not couples or freshly lovers: there is a Plexiglast door to the toilet (bathroom) but you have no soundproofing. For us, it was not a problem at all but we can imagine that it works poorly for non-pairs. The area is also great, there are restaurants and nice little coves that can be reached in a short drive. We are also enthusiastic hikers and enjoyed the scenery very much.

lovely location and well worth the money! Mirjana was very accommodating and made sure we understood everything within the house as well as being very responsive over message. a few nice surprises was the air conditioning in the rooms and the location in the hills going into the sea.

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children, 6.9&12). We stayed 5 nights. It was a comfortable and convenient house. Especially the outdoor space with outdoor kitchen and comfortable outdoor table was very nice. Inside you have everything practical, basic but very ok because you are mainly outside. There are two rooms and my son slept in the living space. There is air conditioning and so the house is also sufficiently fresh at 35 degrees. Everything is there to make the stay pleasant: enough kitchen equipment, umbrella, outdoor pillows, wire to dry your belongings,.. The surroundings are quiet. Recommended is mocca beach, where you can go on foot (30 min) or the bay of Torkul. Torkul is quieter and a little harder to reach. Nearby we visited krk (busier), Malinska & Vrbnik (local wine)
