Beautiful beach views - in historic oldtown

Stylish high ceiling flat with two balconies and fantastic beach view. Recently redecorated to high standard. Only 100 meters as the seagull flies away from beach or a 5 minute walk. Situated opposite a park in a quiet location, the flat is only a few minutes stroll from buzzing old town, restaurants, bars & nightlife. The flat is family friendly. Baby cots, high chairs, basic push prams etc provided on request. Air conditioning in most rooms as Alicante's summer can get unbearably hot & humid.

Very cozy semidetached house bery near MET competition (5 minutes walking and 50 meters to beach). We love horses too. Fast wifi and possibility of work from home. Very quiet and familiar place . Swimming pool opened all year. Shops, restaurant, bakery, cafetery very closed. The house has a small garden with a porch and a solarium with sofas. The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

We felt right at home!!! Thanks to Fernando and his wife, very helpful and kind!!! The house is very clean, with new sheets and towels It exceeded our expectations, we had a great time!!! The beach is a few steps away, we have seen beautiful sunsets and sunrises!! We will definitely be back, thank you for everything!!!

We had an amazing time here! The house isn’t too big, but it’s perfectly suited for six people and feels incredibly cozy. The fireplace kept the living room wonderfully warm, and the electric heaters were excellent in the bedrooms. The spacious garden was a true highlight – our dog had a fantastic time exploring, and with everything securely fenced, we could let her roam freely. A big thank you to Paula for the thoughtful basket of homegrown fruit and the bottle of wine – such a lovely touch!

The apartment is small but more than enough for my couple and me, someone else could even be accommodated as it has sofa bed. The terrace is quite large so in summer you have to be great and you are next to the beach. Both Encarnación and her sister were lovely and left us oranges as detail, which were so good. We will be back for sure but this time in the summer with better weather.
