Ed’s place was perfect for our quick getaway. His house is just as described. In a nice, quiet neighborhood with views of the sound/intercostal and unique canals. Easy walk (4 min) to the beach and short (5 min) drive to the heart of Surf City and the bridge. Place was clean, comfortable, and had everything you’d need. Ed is very responsive, and a great host. We’d love to return.

We had a great stay while traveling between gigs on the coast, Karoline’s home is beautiful and comfortable and in a great location for visiting the coast! The snacks (which included chocolate covered strawberries!) and water was a very thoughtful touch. I wish we had been able to stay longer to enjoy the activities in the spacious yard! Karoline’s home has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay, highly recommended!

This place was perfect for my wife and our dogs! Beachfront location is amazing! Updated, beautiful & fully stocked kitchen was helpful. Host was extremely responsive, very timely and answered all our questions. We will definitely look into staying here again!

Let me start by saying the home is located in the heart of Jacksonville NC. The view is truly amazing! I felt safe, relax and at home. The home is equipped with everything that I needed. Melinda is a gem, she reached out with me a few times during my stay to make sure that I’m ok and have everything that I needed and also informed me the day she spotted dolphins were passing by. Love this place. Thank you Melinda for sharing your beautiful place.

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

Jeffrey's place was PERFECT! The location can't be beat, right at the beautiful beach, great restaurant right beside you (that is dog friendly), and a nice place for the four legged friends to walk on site as well as a dog friendly neighborhood with additional walking areas. The bungalow itself had everything you need, was modern, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have access to beach chairs and toys. Everyone was extremely nice. We will definitely stay again!

Christi was very quick when it came to communicating and did so very clearly, ran into zero issues and my money was well spent with her as my host. The place was very cozy and felt like home. Would definitely come again.

I loved staying at Jennifer's place! Picturesque right on the waterfront, in a peaceful neighborhood, with beautiful surroundings. Her home felt like home, with conceivable amenities needed for my stay. Jennifer is a wonderful host, who remains openly available for communication, and excels at making sure visitors are well taken care of. Second time staying and it did not disappoint! Location is perfect, not overly crowded, mostly families. Met some wonderful people. Very relaxing atmosphere. Condo had everything we needed. I packed less this year knowing the kitchen was fully stocked. Also, all we needed on the beach was there for our use, towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler bag, etc. Very well thought out in every area. We even had a bowl of snacks waiting for us when we arrived that we enjoyed at the beach each day. Donna does a wonderful job and is always very quick to respond. We already can’t wait for our next trip!

My family recently stayed at Joseph’s place and had a wonderful experience! The location was unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it so convenient for quick trips back and forth. The inside of the rental was spotless and well-maintained, and it had all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From kitchen supplies to cozy furniture, nothing was missing. We also felt incredibly safe throughout my stay, with secure entrances. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay by the beach!

What a perfect location literally right on the beach! We really enjoyed watching the dolphins play and jump every morning from the balcony! The mattress in the bedroom was so comfortable and the bathroom towels smelled so fresh and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. It was super convenient having beach chairs already there for us to use. Christine was super responsive when we messaged her as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second visit. We scheduled it in January at the end of our stay at that time. It was relaxing, even with more people at the beach and occupying the apartment above. We rarely heard our neighbors when we were inside. It's a wonderful getaway and we'll be back!

Wow…I’ve never stayed so close to the ocean as this! Amazing views, sunrises, sunsets! The kids bunkbeds were perfect, each had their own TV (no fighting!!) Amy is very responsive, helpful & friendly😍

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kelly’s place! It’s the perfect spot for a couple’s getaway. The bed was super comfy and they had just about anything we needed to help accommodate our stay! We ate good, shared some laughs and just relaxed. The place is just steps away from the beach, which was a neat experience as well. Both Kelly and her husband were super responsive and eager to help! If we ever find ourselves in Topsail again, we will definitely be staying here! Thank you for everything!
