We enjoyed celebrating our early anniversary in Topsail. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We even had dolphins for entertainment on Saturday. Host was super responsive and friendly. The place was clean and exactly as described.

Your place is just amazing! We really appreciated all of the small details. It felt like we were home. We really appreciated all of the snacks. The Mrs. Meyers soap and cleaners were unexpected. The Native body wash. The stocked coffee bar. Laundry detergent. I loved the carpet in the bedrooms. It was clean and effective in keeping sand out of the bed, which is has always been an issue at the beach. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and there was plenty of extra pillows and bedding. The other furniture was also comfy with lots of places to sit in every room. The pool, restaurants, and staff were all great! We highly recommend the Pirate Bar and Grill. We loved that every room had doors out to the balcony and we could hear the ocean from every room. We also appreciated that it was quiet at the resort after dark. Carole and Russ were great hosts, kind and communicated quickly. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Great place to stay with your family. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, need a little upgrade on guest bathroom shower and pillows maybe, nothing major. Would reserve again when we return to visit family and friends in NC. Thank you Ms. Sherry

We had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend and the weekend of my son’s High School Graduation staying at this beautiful condo resort with our family of six. The space was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. The views were amazing, and we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and access to multiple pools. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind by the beach. Terri was an excellent host—she communicated promptly and shared great information about the area, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend! Hope to be able to visit again sometime soon!

We loved Theresa's Place. The house was well stocked with linens and cookware, and shower supplies. I brought my own but did use the shampoo and conditioner one time. Great stuff! Beautiful views. The house is tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was my first stay in an Airbnb. I came down to visit my son who is stationed in the Navy at camp Lejeune. And he and I stayed at the Airbnb. It was all of the comfort of Home and we felt perfectly at home there, if he were to continue being stationed there, I would come back to this placeunfortunately he’s going elsewhere in the next couple of months, but I loved my stay here.

Lovely beachfront condo. The view of the beach and access to the beach is top notch. Parking is very convenient. The condo itself was spotlessly clean. The community was very nice with a large clean pool. The condo is on the top floor, so it is as quiet as a beach front condo can possibly be. Good access to all the shops at the entrance to the island but just far enough away to not be affected by the traffic. Would absolutely stay again.

I can’t say enough good things about the condo! If the beautiful scenery and private access to the beach weren’t enough, Megan’s use of limited space never made the condo feel crowded and it was fully stocked with anything you could need! She answered all of my questions (there were quite a few lol!) and she was so kind! It was truly an amazing destination for our first family vacation! A beautiful island, lots of shells, a quiet beach, and I already miss my morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves.

This is my second time staying here and I can't wait to come back again! Jake & Jena are so great and reasonable to work with, too. They offer a fabulous space that's ocean front, clean, and cozy. I truly feel grateful the second I walk in the door to the airbnb.

We enjoyed our stay and Kristin was a great host. She was always quick to respond back and made everything very easy. We can't wait to return next summer to Topsail.

This was our 2nd year staying at one of Erica and Wayne’s listing. Fully stocked kitchen, ocean view from the balcony and the pool were all great! It was a great space for our group of 7.

We were thrilled with our recent stay at Sarah Lynn’s! Everything was clean and as described! She was responsive to the few questions we had and had recommendations for just about everything we could want or need while we were there! With the beach being so close, and a beautiful drive to local ice cream, groceries, and souvenirs within just minutes, we could not have been happier! We hope to be back!

This was a great find. It was clean, quiet, and everything it was advertised to be. We had a minor communication issue over the entry lock which was resolved very quickly. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family. In fact we have already.

The condo was spacious and so close to the beach! The open concept made it feel very comfortable right away. We definitely made good use of the big kitchen. Best part was the proximity to the beach. A quick, easy 3 minute walk and you were right at the public beach access. Would book again !

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely beachfront condo. It has everything you need to feel right at home. The resort is well taken care of as well. Jeanette was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

We absolutely adored our stay with Heidi! We came for a family vacation to celebrate the end of the school year and had the best time. The unit looks exactly like the photos and was so convenient. The pools are steps away with the ocean just through the pool area. You can sit on the porch at night and listen to the ocean or music from the restaurant. It was so relaxing. Heidi truly thought of everything from the welcome basket in the kitchen to spices to extra blankets when you are tired from being at the ocean all day and need something cozy to cuddle up with. It was incredible and we will definitely book again. Thank you Heidi!

Would stay here again and again, perfect place for a getaway

All I can say is UNBELIEVABLE!!! Kayo is an Amazing guy and host! His home is better than the photos and have more than what is shown!! Most definitely a Home Away From Home! Very quiet, clean, comfy, and you name it!!! It’s Actually a Resort inside a home!! I highly recommend Kayo’s place to stay even if your destination is 2 hours out! It is well worth it and his price is beyond reasonable!!! I will most definitely be back soon!!!

LOVED this condo! Our favorite one so far (we've stayed in a ton! ) It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious! The restaurant, pools, and of course, the beach were an amazing amenity. The host was super helpful as well when we asked to add a night to our stay!
