Absolutely wonderful place to stay! My wife and I felt it was the perfect weekend getaway, and Carol showed great hospitality/communication. The place smelled as clean as it looked, and it was very well stocked. Couldn't have asked for a better time!

There is only 1000 character limit, so I will try my best to wrap this review up. If I could give this place a million stars I absolutely would! The location was absolutely amazing, being able to walk to the beach in less than a minute alone gives this place 5 stars. The host was incredible and responded to our questions in a minute or less! The beds were fantastic, the water was nice and hot! The kitchen was incredible! I absolutely loved how the entire bottom was fenced in, our dogs got to run around have freedom! Everything we could possible need was already provided( I had brought a few things for the kitchen to use and turns out I didn’t even have too) the house was very clean, board games were provided also! I would strongly recommend this to any of my friends/family and we will definitely be coming back to stay here. If you’re considering an air bnb right on the beach, look NO FURTHER, this place is it!! Top tier! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

My family loves this beach house. We’ve visited twice and absolutely plan to come back. The kitchen has plenty of basic supplies so you don’t have to buy every single thing you need (salt, pepper, spices, oil). The location is perfect! The amenities are perfect! There are activities for kids and kids-at-heart to enjoy.

This was an absolutely perfect Topsail vacation home! We loved every minute of our stay. The location is absolutely fantastic. So close to the little local shops and restaurants as well as super close to the bridge going over to the mainland.. The house itself was spotless and quite comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook full meals. Plenty of kitchenware for our group of seven. Proximity to the beach is by far the most fantastic detail of this house! The little private sandy beach *yard* attached to the deck is awesome for kids and the beach itself just down a few steps is so amazing. We could even sit in bed and see the ocean waves! This is the best house with beach access and views we've stayed at in Topsail. Also positive to note, the entire property being fenced in felt incredibly safe for kids and was fantastic for our dog. We realized the apartment was a part of the rental unit and we were so pleasantly surprised! It was a great separate space! Overall highly recommend!

This was my first time staying somewhere through Airbnb and it was such a good experience! Home was clean, on theme, and so spacious. The covered porches and hot tub make it that much better - 5 stars all around!

This property is truly a hidden gem! Perfectly situated near the beach but strategically positioned to offer protection from the wind—you get all the benefits of a beachfront location without sand blowing everywhere during your stay. The location couldn't be better for beach lovers. Just a short walk to the sand, but set back just enough to create a peaceful retreat after a day of sun and surf. Jill was an exceptional host throughout our entire stay. Her attentiveness made us feel well taken care of—she regularly checked in to ensure we were enjoying the property and promptly offered assistance whenever needed. The property itself was lovely and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway, and we hope to return soon!

This was a perfect place, located away from touristy area but close enough to enjoy all that Swansboro and area had to offer. Very clean, we needed nothing~ all was provided! Thanks for allowing us to bring our two small dogs!

We took our four adult kids to the beach for the weekend, and this place was just right! We used every balcony, got our exercise on the stairs, walked to the beach several times, cooked several meals and relaxed. We loved the views! The beds were comfortable, and everything was truly clean or else my family members with sensitive allergies would have been bothered. The dog next door was always contained, looked sweet, and only barked to say hi when we were coming and going. You may want to reference the tide charts online before taking your beach gear down or planning a walk. Most of the day and night are available for playing, walking, and hanging out on the beautiful beach, but because of erosion there are moments when there is more surf than sand. It's a lovely, comfortable, family-oriented place!

We had a great long weekend stay. The house exceeded our expectations, was spacious and the views were incredible. Only a half mile drive to the bridge leading to the surf city pier.

Benny's place was exactly as described. We stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was the perfect spot for our family. We brought our boat and appreciated the convenience of being able to launch it right from the ramp. The location was easy to find, and we had no trouble accessing the house. The property was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Benny was a great host, easy to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic experience.

Unfortunately, we had to leave early. But if you are looking for the perfect beach view and to step from the deck to the sand, this house is for you! The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The host is pleasant and quick to answer your questions.

Comfortable, clean space. Great location and easy access to the beach. Use of surf board was an added bonus. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time! The home was very clean(keep those cleaners-that seems to be hard to find😉). Very short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We love staying in Surf City ❤️. The grandkids loved it too and I even had one to learn how to ride a bike while we were there! Definitely would love to come back!!

This place was Awesome. Donelle was a great person to sit and visit with as well. very personable. We truly loved our stay there. We had a great time. Shopping and food was so close and the home was so extraordinary cozy it's true to its name. Definitely will highly recommend it and will b on our list to stay again. Thanks for everything Donelle. I love staying at Amy’s places! She truly makes me feel right at home! From the time I park my vehicle, to the walkway into the Airbnb, I feel like it is just as it was before! She had creamer in the fridge and fresh flowers on the table waiting on me! She is an awesome host!

The location is perfect! Literally one small block and a parking lot from the IGA. I just wheeled my Strollee beach cart there most days, parked it outside because it was sandy, asked the friendly folks for no bags, then proceeded to shift it to my own beach cart and walk home all in a few minutes!! The beach access is basically one building down and across the street (which had minimal slow traffic) and no stairs involved. We’re only a couple hours away so beach chairs, etc we had but the shed was really well stocked- and it was late in the season. The sheets and towels were really quality. We encountered only cool water on arrival but Amy guided us through resetting the breaker, then came to personally check on us, and was ready with an offer to move us if it didn’t work! It worked, all was well but she said she already has a tankless system ready to install. Then at the end of the week she helped me work out some logistics I hadn’t foreseen. Couldn’t have been better!!

We loved Ashlie's place. We were looking for a place on the beach or near the beach and this was perfect, with the public access right across the street. It was so easy to back right up to the front door and unload our luggage and groceries. The house was super clean and comfortable, with a welcome note and snacks left for us by our hosts. We are definitely looking forward to a return trip this summer!
