The living room and master bedroom are both on the front of the unit facing with a double size deck that looks out over the beach and ocean. The guest bedroom and kitchen both look over the deck,salt water pool, and intercostal waterway! The neighbors are a combination of locals who live in their units and many are also renters like you so everyone is friendly and happy to be at the beach! Join us!

Oceanfront condo just steps from the beach! Third floor, no elevator but it is worth every step! This unit has amazing unobstructed views of the ocean/beach all day. Located halfway between the pier and the boardwalk makes this spot just right. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable $125 fee for one dog and $200 for 2 dogs. Cats are not allowed. We have stocked it with kitchen essentials, toilet paper, paper towels, hand and laundry soap, shampoo, body wash. Sheets and towels provided!
