This self-catering, beach facing home is spread over two stories and 185 square meters. The home is equipped with a beautiful covered deck with uninterrupted views of the crystal blue waters of False Bay. Amenities include on-site laundry facilities with a washing machine, air-conditioning in every bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer. Guests have full run of the entire property. I love entertaining and sharing my home. I will ensure that there is someone to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. This will either be me or my son Troy. We're only a SMS or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) away and will respond promptly to any questions you may have. Gordons Bay is a picturesque seaside village situated between beautiful mountain ranges and the famous False Bay coast. There are many excellent restaurants and pubs. It's an easy drive to Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl, and the Cape Winelands. Daily maid service is provided every 2nd day of your stay (excludes Sunday and public holidays).

We've had happy holidays at our family beach house for 47 years. It's right on the sea with an easy walk to the harbour where the Great White Shark cage diving boats leave from. Lovely road along the sea to Danger Point lighthouse. Fireplace, child friendly and very relaxing!

The house itself is stunning and elegantly decorated, with a great yard for dogs to run around safely in. Close to Arabella, Hermanus, Onrus Rivier, Kleinmond. There should however be a braai dishes and some more oven dishes for catering. Hosts were very responsive and answered questions within minutes. Great spot to use as a base to explore the area.

We have booked Bruce's wonderful Whale Huys for our extended family holidays... we were a small group of nine people. I used to live in Gansbaai and De Kelders for a decade in 20 years ago, and my parents and my brother's family had already visited the region also. What a pleasure to discover Bruce's amazing house and to be able to enjoy Walker Bay and the coastline of De Kelders from this house. René, the property manager, welcomed us to the house and showed us the facilities. The house was absolutely perfect for our family and our stay... we just wish we had more time. The house is stunning and offers incredible views over the Ocean and Walker Bay... looking westward, the sunsets are just stunning. The house had every amenity one could need or dream of. The rooms and spaces were spacious, comfortable and perfect, the terraces were amazing, the bar room overlooking the pool was ideal, etc. Just the perfect home away from home. I highly recommend this house when visiting the region!

Hester & Tyes went above and beyond to ensure we got the best experience. U are More than a host, you were our God sent guardian angels. The house is so squicky clean. The hot tub, the drive along the coast, all the way to the penguines. Few minutes walk to the beach was a treat. Thank you for opening your home to us & for the friendship formed. This was a weekend of a lifetime.. This house is so lovely and we all immediately felt at home. So much thoughtfulness has gone into creating the home. Sitting in the heated indoor/under cover pool with a view of the mountain, while watching our friend doing the bbq/braai was one of those moments of shere gratefulness. It was a double blessing that we had a weekend with out wind in Betty's Bay. Thank you for sharing your home with all of us!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Cottage and found the house very comfortable. The location is great, with a short walk down the seaside. The views of the sea and the mountains from the 2 balconies were the star of the weekend. We enjoyed spending time at Silversands beach and the Betty's Bay main beach. The house was very neat and tidy; the rooms were a good size and the layout was perfect. We had a nice lunch at Kabeljou's at the waterfront in Kleinmond, only a short drive away, and also walked around the local stores. We had a great dinner at The Cork, in Pringle Bay, also just a short drive away. I'll definitely be returning to the Sea Cottage, Ann was so helpful, and her communication was 10/10.
