Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

Outside table, chairs, loungers and braai - with beautiful sea views. Ground floor of 3 storied house with private spaces and entrances to each bedroom. Parking on the premises. Unfortunately no pets or children under 10 years old.
