The hosts are remarkable people. Chris went out of his way to help me with a car problem. I could not thank him enough. Andy is warm and gracious. I have never had a better experience.

For a Mi Casa by the lagoon, a breeze in the morning that caresses your face, a sound of birds chirping to massage your eardrums, and a sunset to to kiss to your heart… Linen so soft you’d think you tossing and turning on the 9th Cloud? Then Nicola’ BnB is the perfect place for you. A walking distance to Thesen Isands, a limping frog’s jump to Knysna Heads and a stone’s throw away to Quay. Oh, by the way, they have a 24/7 Bicycle Road Side Assistance too in case you put too much medal on the pedal… Thank you Elma for the warm and lovely hosting for the Easter Break. Allow us to go refill the Piggy Bank for now, We will definitely hit a turn soon…

Maria made us feel right at home. The place is incredible, and the furniture is equally impressive. We mostly followed the recommendations they gave us. The house is situated in a very safe area, just a 5-minute walk from a restaurant and a coffee shop. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away. It’s the perfect place to stay with a baby. We used the barbecue and beach chairs. Knysna is an ideal break on the Garden Route. We would have stayed longer if we could have!

We loved our stay at the house in Belvidere. It was very private with fantastic views from the balcony. We enjoyed chilling out and eating our breakfast looking out at the stunning scenery, lagoon and birdlife. We even saw The Knysna Lourie, as it flew up to the balcony. The Belvidere Estate is very well kept and we loved our time there. The Bell Pub and The Oak Leaf Cafe were very welcoming with lovely food. Gail was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would definitely love to come back and we would recommend to friends this beautiful area and house.

The view from the house is absolutely stunning, and the location is brilliant. Morné responded very quickly whenever needed and was super friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We only had one night but could happily have stayed much longer. It is very spacious, has good beds, safe parking and wonderful views of the area while being very close to the centre. The apartment has everything you could possibly need with lots of useful extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Peter is very friendly and proactive and on hand to sort anything you should need.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel at home. We were able to cook, relax, and enjoy all the activities we planned without any hassle. The location was perfect—close to all the key points of interest, which made exploring the area so convenient. Our family of five (my wife, our three kids, and I) were all very happy with our experience. The host was incredibly responsive, offering help whenever we needed and providing us with excellent tips about the city. I highly recommend this place to families, couples, and even solo travelers. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent a lovely 12 days in Lesley's cottage. Lesley was a thoughtful, caring host who went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The cottage was lovely and the surroundings peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

I had such a lovely stay it honestly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I walked in, everything just felt warm and welcoming. The space had this calm, cozy vibe that made it easy to relax after a long day. I’d happily come back in a heartbeat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends or family.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation was very convenient for a road trip. It was also very close to restaurants and the Waterfront. It was close enough to walk. Parking was great.

We loved our stay at Helga's cottage. Wonderful outdoor balcony to relax and watch and hear the birds in the garden. Right next to a big open park area which is perfect for the dogs and just a couple of minutes walk from The Bell restaurant. Close to Brenton on Sea and a 5 minute drive to Knysna Central. We love staying in Belvedere for the quietness and nature. Thank you Helga for welcoming us and our 3 dogs, we all had a wonderful holiday and hope to return soon.

This was our second stay at Marc & Renata's place. It's such a great option for peaceful beautiful surroundings - hard to believe it's located so close to the centre of Knysna and within a short drive to a swim in the lagoon. The place is well equipped and spacious with a nice covered outdoor area to enjoy the garden. Excellent, friendly hosts - this is a highly recommended option!

Great location an decor

The location of this apartment is perfect with beautiful views and the wind free north facing balcony is a bonus. The jacuzzi was clean and ready to be used when we arrived which was a thoughtful gesture. It’s the perfect location for a family of 4 as the apartment is spacious and everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped if you decide to dine in or have a braai. We definitely look forward to returning to this awesome gem, thanks Douglas for making our stay so comfortable.

What a fantastic place! The cottage is excellent equipped, tastefully decorated and we loved sitting on the veranda and enjoying the stunning view. Refreshing in the pool on a hot day is wonderful. Adele and Ken are the best hosts you can imagine. Super communication, very friendly and helpful

We had a great stay with an awesome view. The house was perfect with everything that you need. The main bedroom needs a new mattress and new towels for the bathrooms is also something we would recommend. We will definitely book again. Thanks to our host for your assistance with booking and checking in.

The place was clean with necessary utilities. Dirk was such an amazing host. The instructions to get in were clear and easy to understand. The place was amazing beautiful with clean linens. Five minutes away from waterfront and walking distance to restaurants and shopping malls. Worthy every penny.

Mark was an excellent host, was very helpful and assisted us when looking for last minute accommodation. I will recommend Mark and will make use of his accommodation again when in Knysna.

Our holiday at the littlewood garden was amazing - Martina and Philip are a great help and provide you with tips and details so that you can explore Knysna and its surroundings - from forest walks to coastal hikes. The place is so stunning, with all the plants, the salt water pool, it is a place to relax and enjoy nature to the fullest, listen to the birds and let your soul rest - thank you guys for making our holiday such a beautiful experience <3 See you soon Lots of love Sarah
