Alex was an excellent, communicative host. I really enjoyed this spot because I had everything I needed for a long stay: washer and dryer, kitchen supplies, and plenty of space. Any question I might have had was answered in advance. Highly recommend staying here!

For a first time experience this place was extraordinary. The location was absolutely perfect for the all things we wanted to do! Clean, and cozy! Bed and couch was very comfortable, and the description and pictures on the listing were spot on. We felt we were in a safe area, and never heard a peep from any of the other condos! Everyone we encountered was very nice. 10/10 recommend, we will definitely definitely be back on our next trip!

Troy's place was exactly as listed and very clean. It is an interesting space inside but very intimate- best for couples or a single person. The apartment is "almost" the bathroom, and the only seat per se is the toilet. You could sit on the stairs to the loft. This place is going to be perfect for a couple who wants to experience downtown Omaha and be close to the airport. Loved interacting with both Troy and Izzy. They made an effort to check us in early with no notice which was appreciated- we also would have been fine with dumping our luggage somewhere but they wanted to make sure we were in good shape. Cost wise, maybe we were at peak but I have to say we paid the price of a 4 or 5 star hotel. That was 100% my choice of course, and finding a hotel that weekend is going to be darn near impossible so we were just happy to find such a wonderful space. Thanks for being such great hosts.

This place was great, we came to omaha for my birthday. It was very close to the gardens and the old market. They had great suggestions for food. The apartment was very clean and spacious, easy to find. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed a couple drinks on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Alex place in Omaha was amazing! Clean place, easy to access with stairs or elevator. Has everything you need, great that it has laundry in the room itself, super convenient and made staying longer easy! Super close to the airport for arrival and leaving Omaha!

Great place and would stay again!

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood that felt very safe. Our family went on a walk and all the neighbors were so friendly. Our grandkids played outside in the backyard and loved the court and trampoline! The space was perfect for us! We had time together but also had enough space to spread out. Communication initially was a little delayed by the host but once we arrived, the host was very responsive to a shower issue we had. Was even able to find a plumber to come on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend which we greatly appreciated! Would’ve appreciated a little more attention to details - many light bulbs were out, birds bombing us from a nest above the front door each time we came and went, the outlet box on patio by fireplace looks a little scary and needs attention. Exhaust fan in master bath/toilet room doesn’t work. Would’ve appreciated a few more items in the kitchen for cooking especially at the price point of this rental. Our family had a great time here!

This is our second visit to Omaha and we were so thankful this property was available again! It is absolutely perfect - spotlessly clean with every supply you would ever need! We had a wonderful graduation week with family! The addition of patio furniture since last year was wonderful! We very much enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings.

Pros: Within walking distance of some very good restaurants, quiet neighborhood, very well equipped Cons: House is old, so it is creaky (only an issue if you are a light sleeper), Basement bathroom is a bit of dungeon. Overall: My family and I enjoyed the house, my young ones really liked the loft space. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The house was the perfect home base for our group during a wedding weekend in Omaha. We were a larger group and all first-time visitors to the city, and Amber went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. The home was exactly as advertised and worked out perfectly for us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to enjoy Omaha.

Emily's house was perfect! She was a very responsive host and was very thoughtful. We loved the snacks and drink mixes she provided. The queen bed was amazingly soft and comfortable. We appreciated the fan to drown out train noise (which didn't bother us a bit). The hot tub was super relaxing and easy to use. We could get to downtown Omaha in less than 10 minutes. The house was very spacious for 2 of us. we enjoyed the smart TV. We only used 1 of the 3 while we were there! Great stay and Great host! Thanks, Emily!
