This 3 BR home is very open with tons of windows looking out on a private backyard with a fire pit and lots of birds and squirrels. Located minutes off of Dodge at 150th, it's close to Village Pointe and an easy drive to downtown Omaha and other attractions. You'll enjoy the entire main level and backyard but ... PLEASE NOTE: I will be in the basement during your stay accessing via the garage. My cat, Walter, may visit you in the backyard. Otherwise, he'll be in the basement with me.

Close to the trendy, historic Benson district (1 mile) which features restaurants, bars and ice cream. Benson also has scooter and bike rentals.

Full service grocery store is 2 min away providing pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks!! Amazing restaurants near by as well as Dunkin' donuts also a favorite with a drive-thru for convenience.
