Comfortable Apartment in North/Central Omaha

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Main floor apartment in a quiet tree lined neighborhood full of character & charm. Relaxing front porch and back patio. Art sourced from our travels & a fully stocked kitchen. Only two blocks to Downtown Council Bluffs where you can grab a meal, drinks, or shop. Downtown Omaha, airport, Iowa Western Community College, Stir Cove, the Omaha zoo are all within 15 minutes. It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.

This is a suburban ranch home in NW Omaha, with off street parking, close to the interstate, grocery store and many fine restaurants. You will have your own bedroom (queen bed), bath, laundry room, media room, workout room (treadmill & free weights), & walkout patio with calming water feature. A shared, fully equipped kitchen is yours to enjoy! Wireless Internet. Your pet is welcomed to stay but I do not have a fenced yard.
