This appartement was clean and tidy. Windows and balconies on both sides of the appartement building. Easy walk to the nearest pittoresque village centers (1,5 km), two beaches near by, easy to park. On the front side of the appartement building one not so nice looking old construction building which has propably been like that for years. Otherwise very good appartement with the good price. 😊👍

We felt very comfortable in Fabio's small, old house. It has everything you need. Fabio was easily accessible. There were a few Italian treats to welcome us. The area is quite nice. We went hiking every day. The valleys of Lake Maggiore are breathtaking.

Dear Yvonne, Thank you for the great time. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The large, fenced garden was great for our little son. He was able to get out on his own and play football. Yvonne's grandson was another plus as a great teammate. Yvonne was always quick to respond to questions. The location is great, great view, but not too high, so you are quickly on the main road. Large supermarkets and a shaded child-friendly beach 10 minutes away. We were very pleased and had a great time! We had an unforgettable stay at Cristina and Mauro's house. As already mentioned several times in the reviews, the view from the deck is breathtaking! What a joy to wake up every morning to this different show every day... And what about this beautiful house, full of charm while remaining functional, we felt like home. We stayed here for 6 nights and it was really nice and communication was very good, i would recommend renting a car as it makes it easier to travel around como but there is a bus stop in front of the house which is convenient

We had a great time! The location is fantastic, the pool and garden a real highlight – perfect for relaxing. Especially great: the garden is fully enclosed, also ideal for freedom-loving dogs. Communication with Paolo was also great – he was easily accessible at all times. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

One of my favorite stays I’ve ever had. The garden is absolutely beautiful, I was woken up to the birds every morning and it felt like an oasis. The air conditioning was great. Emiliano is super friendly and warm, and making sure I had everything I needed for an excellent stay. Located just enough off the beaten path to still be close to the many lakes in the region. I would 100% recommend and stay again. Thank you Emiliano!

We celebrated my 70th birthday in Federico's house. We were at most 12 people at the table and lacked nothing! All possibilities for advanced cooking and plenty of space. Nothing was missing. The house itself is like a palace, the garden is very nice. The pool area is perfect. My daughter is already planning a trip here with some friends. Easy place to be for several families. Many bedrooms and huge kitchen and living room. I recommend this place with all my heart. Besides, Federico is so helpful.

Camillo is a true gentleman and his apartment is a home away from home. It had everything we needed for our stay. He has thought of everything, very good attention to detail (unlike other places we have stayed). It was very clean and welcoming and was the most at home we have felt in an airbnb. Camillo even collected us from the bus station and dropped us back there at the end of our stay. He had great suggestions for travel in the area also. The views from the apartment are heavenly. I will definitely come back. It is a lovely quiet village just 1km walk to Menaggio. Definitely very relaxing after a busy week prior. Thank you Camillo, we loved our stay!

Perfect communication, availability, hospitality and accommodation were greatly appreciated. Being able to park the car in a private and secure parking lot, being within walking distance of the city center and having a very nice place to stay are all assets to recommend this place. The best part was that our host spoke very good French, which helped us with our poor Italian.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment; peaceful terrace. Ideal to start bike rides towards Bellagio and Sormano. We hope to be back.

The accommodation is located in the village on the hillside with a beautiful view of Lake Como. It was very quiet with us, you could only hear a rooster and donkey from the neighborhood. On foot you can quickly reach cafes, restaurants and a small supermarket and of course the beach. The place was very clean and cozy. We would mist definitely visit again.

Our extended family enjoyed Carlo’s place. It was not in a touristy area yet not too long a walk to attractions. There was a Milan hop on hop off bus stop only a few minutes walk away as well. His personal guide of things to do resonated especially with our college age grandchildren regarding nightlife and for us regarding restaurant recommendations. His taxi numbers were also helpful when we had to leave to catch a train to Florence. There was a nice breeze on the balconies yet when we closed the windows it became quiet and kept the noise of this vibrant city outside for peaceful sleep. We were six ranging from seniors to a 9 year old. We all had a great time in Milan in part thanks to Carlo’s accommodation.
