The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

It is a very nice stay. The arrival is well arranged and the information you need is on time. The house itself is clean and well furnished. However, it is even better, plenty of space, and a nice pool. The view is super! I am too long to be in the shower inside, but the shower cabin at the sauna in the rear part of the complex is fine! The driveway is steep but no problem, the car is safe and dry. Serena is a good host, friendly and quick to respond. Her father lives on the upper floor, leaves early and comes back late. Incidentally, is a very cozy and friendly man with whom you can have a nice chat very well. All in all, a good address for a relaxing holidays. Highly recommend. Thanks again Serena and Henry

We celebrated my 70th birthday in Federico's house. We were at most 12 people at the table and lacked nothing! All possibilities for advanced cooking and plenty of space. Nothing was missing. The house itself is like a palace, the garden is very nice. The pool area is perfect. My daughter is already planning a trip here with some friends. Easy place to be for several families. Many bedrooms and huge kitchen and living room. I recommend this place with all my heart. Besides, Federico is so helpful.

A cozy and wonderful villa with a great view and very chill in a quiet area and great location and the best host friendly and welcoming

We spent 7 nights in Chiara's apartment and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is spacious and was super clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything in the bathroom. We were able to park our bikes in a lockable room without any problems. You can't reach the accommodation directly by car, you should note that. The terrace is great with a fantastic view. Chiara helped us at all times and was always available. The privacy in the accommodation is absolutely guaranteed and invites you to relax. The train station and the lake can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. We would book again anytime. This place is a great place to stay if you want a lake view and not too far from interesting cities. You can walk down into the little town which has s great little beach bar area and really good ice cream shop.

Beautiful house, stunning location and truly wonderfully accommodating people hosting. If you're looking to avoid the overcrowded tourist version of this stunning area and reconnect with nature, this is the right place for you. Will be back for sure!

Host at the TOP perfect nothing to complain about on the contrary great communication and very responsive.... Perfect accommodation...to avoid just for people with reduced mobility. Perfect terraces and spacious accommodation with nothing to repeat. Small touches..

We loved our stay at Eleonoras. She was very responsive and gave very clear instructions to find and self check in. There was a private car parking for one car right outside the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with all the necessities needed for self catering (including some olive oil and pasta!). The bedrooms were identical and comfortable with air conditioning and the veranda was lovely! Overall, I would definitely recommend- especially if attending an event at Villa Aura Del Lago (100m walk!)

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the place and the old little house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thanks also for the warm welcome and the tips. Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

This is a great location n Bellagio - be sure to take a taxi if you have luggage. It has amazing views, it's in a quiet location, it's walkable to downtown. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and bath were well stocked. The bed is comfortable and cozy and we slept really well. We loved it here and would stay again.

I highly recommend this listing! It's been a long time since we've had such a clean and pleasant place to stay on Airbnb! The accommodation is quiet, clean, Francesca was very available to answer our questions. Perfect communication and a perfect stay! We had a picnic by the beautiful Lake Como, a 5-minute walk away. Many nearby shops. You can go there without a second thought!

Beautiful place that was very comfortable and soothing. You cannot beat that balcony view

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Great apartment above Menaggio. The view from the terrace of Lake Como and the mountains is fantastic. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped and is in a very quiet environment. The center of Menaggio is a short walk away, good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Georgia Louise responded immediately to questions and was very helpful. This place is highly recommended!

We went as a couple and the house was simply spectacular, ideal for a romantic getaway. It exceeded all our expectations. Each corner is thought out with a lot of detail and affection, and that can be seen from the first moment. The environment is wonderful, perfect to rest and enjoy nature. We felt very comfortable throughout your stay. We highly recommend it!
