The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

My home: Nice house very near to the beach.

My house is perfectly situated, in a quiet street. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a well equipped kitchen and a big terrace (it is all round the house) and you can eat outside. It has a nice, little garden and a barbaque there. The house has Wi-fi internet. It is very near to the beach ( less 5 minute walking),. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year adding a considerable discount each month).

Beachfront penthouse with capacity for six people. It has a suite with a double bed, bathroom and dressing room included. Two bedrooms with single beds in each and a shared bathroom. It consists of an equipped kitchen and living room that lead to a spacious terrace with direct ocean views. The penthouse has large windows that let in natural light all day. It also has 1 garage space and direct access to the beach. We disinfect with an ozone machine.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Places of interest: The wild sandy beach is about 150 meters from the house. Places of interest in the area are the Marjal de Pego Oliva Natural Park, about 3 km away. You'll love the house, it's very cozy. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), and pets. Very nice private garden with barbecue VT48654-VA
