Relaxation is guaranteed in this historic building, which was completely renovated in 2023 and is right on the waterfront with various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Apartment 1 is ideal for 2 guests.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)

The apartment was comfortable (although the shared kitchen takes some getting used to). Cassis & Mike want to please you, you can easily reach them if you have a question (but everything was well arranged and clearly explained). Of course, the nice swimming pool and sauna (not used) are of great added value. This is also a quiet period for horticulture and tourism on the island (while there is plenty to find in the area to see sights, restaurants, etc.), for us exactly what we were looking for. It is highly recommended.

Adelheid is a delightful host and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The view is incredible and instantly relaxing. The village of Bodman is peaceful and safe and had a great playground and bar on the harbour. Great location to visit local attractions and explore the area.

Beautiful, stylish and relaxing vacation! The apartment with fantastic views of the lake immediately impressed us. Three large balconies, one in each room - and from each this unobstructed view. In the rooms, there is everything you need to live…and much more. The two bedrooms are quite large and the beds comfortable, blankets also good. The storage space here is sufficient. The two small, somewhat older bathrooms and the two-part, very small kitchenette are easily balanced by cleanliness and very good equipment of pots, dishes, glasses of all kinds, cutlery etc. From champagne bottle closures to multiple sockets, there is everything here. Everything worked as it should, including the check-in key box. We also liked the many dimmable lamps and enough balcony furniture with cushions. Frank leaves so much for his tenants, just great. Thank you, Frank, for your trust and the beautiful days in your wonderful apartment!

It was an absolute pleasure staying in Doris home, Sarah and Dora are wonderful! I felt so comfortable in this home, there was many Special Christmas and lights decorations all around the house and through the garden. It looks like a fairytale home full of special decorations! The hosts make you feel comfortable and they are very helpful. The front lake view is insanely beautiful, like a little piece of paradise! The place is nice, clean and the garden area is also very pleasant. It takes about 20 minutes to Überlingen and restaurants. Supermarkets are also nearby and there is good parking. Christian was quick to respond and very kind. We felt very comfortable!
