Relaxation is guaranteed in this historic building, which was completely renovated in 2023 and is right on the waterfront with various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Apartment 1 is ideal for 2 guests.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)

Wir hatten im Januar 2025 einen längeren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Der Gastgeber war äußerst aufmerksam und hat sich bestens um unser Wohl gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, und die Betten sind sehr bequem – wir haben herrlich geschlafen. Besonders begeistert hat uns der schöne Blick auf den See, den wir jeden Morgen genießen konnten. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, aber dennoch ideal: In nur 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Insel. Perfekt für eine erholsame Auszeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Annette ist sehr freundlich und hat uns mit vielen kleinen, persönlichen Dingen den Aufenthalt verschönert. Die Wohnung war genau, wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt und war „zu Hause“ angekommen. Die Umgebung ist genau so, wie wir uns es erhofft haben. Ruhig, nah am See mit der Möglichkeit ich mit kleineren Kindern schöne Radtouren zu erleben. Wer eine moderne „Schiki-Miki-Unterkunft“ sucht, sollte die Wohnung nicht mieten. Für alle anderen, die Wert auf Sauberkeit, geschmackvolle und funktionale Einrichtung, viel Platz und eine gut ausgestattete Küche wert legen ist die Unterkunft ein absoluter Geheim-Tip! Der Balkon mit kleinem See-Blick ist perfekt für 4 Personen, um mit einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Wir kommen wieder!

Adelheid is a delightful host and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The view is incredible and instantly relaxing. The village of Bodman is peaceful and safe and had a great playground and bar on the harbour. Great location to visit local attractions and explore the area.

Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, in denen ich bisher war. Perfekte Lage, super Ausstattung, sehr sauber… Der Wohlfühlfaktor war von der ersten Sekunde extrem hoch. Die Kommunikation mit Julia hätte nicht besser sein können. Könnte ich 6 Sterne vergeben, würde ich es tun. Klare Empfehlung!

Wunderschöner, stilvoller und entspannter Urlaub! Die Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick auf den See hat uns sofort begeistert. Drei große Balkone, an jedem Zimmer einer - und von jedem diese unverbaute Aussicht. In den Zimmern ist alles ist da, was man zum Leben braucht…und noch viel mehr. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind recht groß und die Betten bequem, Decken auch gut. Der Stauraum hier ist ausreichend. Die zwei kleinen, schon etwas älteren Badezimmer und die zweigeteilte, sehr kleine Küchenzeile wird locker ausgeglichen durch Sauberkeit und sehr gute Ausstattung an Töpfen, Geschirr, Gläsern aller Art, Besteck etc. Vom Sektflaschenverschluss bis zur Mehrfachsteckdose, hier gibt es alles. Es hat alles so funktioniert, wie es sein soll, inklusive Check-in-Schlüsselbox. Schön fanden wir auch viele dimmbare Lampen und genügend Balkonmöbel mit Kissen. Frank lässt so vieles für seine Mieter da, einfach klasse. Danke, Frank, für dein Vertrauen und die schönen Tage in deiner wunderbaren Wohnung!

It was an absolute pleasure staying in Doris home, Sarah and Dora are wonderful! I felt so comfortable in this home, there was many Special Christmas and lights decorations all around the house and through the garden. It looks like a fairytale home full of special decorations! The hosts make you feel comfortable and they are very helpful. The front lake view is insanely beautiful, like a little piece of paradise! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in der wirklich sehr schönen Unterkunft. Diese ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Umgebung ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Ich hoffe wir können wieder mal vorbei kommen. Es war unser erstes Ainnb, die Messlatte für zukünftige ist sehr hoch.
