The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

This stylish property is perfect for group trips. In the basement of our single-family home, the modernly equipped apartment convinces with its charm. The apartment is located on the edge of the village of Öhningen, which is a great starting point for excursions in nature. Signposted hiking and cycling trails are right outside the front door. The local beach with a sandy beach is about 10 minutes' walk. Shopping in the supermarket is available.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." The lake is only a 300 m walk away and the apartment is part of an ecological and wood & brick house. Our garden offers a direct view of the lake. Two bikes are available to explore the surrounding area.
