Lovely apartment in a new building in the wine-growing village of Ochsenfurt, with a view of the Main and a balcony. Beautiful river location, right on the Main Valley cycle path and various hiking trails. A bakery-café and a bus stop are about a 4-minute walk away; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge, and the Nixe Main ferry are about a 10-minute walk away. The historic center of Ochsenfurt, with its charming half-timbered houses and numerous towers, can be reached on foot along the Main River in about 15 minutes.

Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Its the perfect place to visit Würzburg! Its a spaceious, quiet space, 10 Minutes by Train away from Würzburg. You have your own Apartment with a beautiful bedroom and a chill area in the Living room. You can relax on the massive couch and watch TV after a visiting Würzburg, play cards on the wooden table in the Living room or just lay in bed and relax. Its the perfect mix between being close to the city, but you still have a peaceful place to stay :) You will love it here :)

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.
