Monthly Rentals in Ochoco Reservoir

We've only stayed at six or seven ABnB places, but this one is the best of all to this point. We really loved it. From the little movie snacks, to the surprise hidden cookies, to the hot tub in the back, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfortable, the living area was cozy, and everything was clean and nice. Prineville is central to a few places we wanted to visit: Prineville Night Sky Observatory, The Painted Hills, and Smith Rock. All excellent places to visit. We loved having such a great place as a home base while we explored these wonderful Oregon nature gems.

Erin's place was beautiful and peaceful. She was very friendly and responsive. The house was well stocked. My guys took the kayaks out on the water for some fishing and had a great time.

Great location, very cozy, and had a beautiful view! The kitchen had everything we needed, the 5 gallon water dispenser, Nespresso pods, and bag of granola were much appreciated! Located close to Smith Rock state park, and the Painted Hills aren’t too far away. This was my first Airbnb I’ve stayed at, so maybe this is standard across all Airbnbs I’m not sure, but I was caught off guard with the extra fees. I stayed 3 nights so I was expecting it to cost $333 plus some sort of service fee, but I ended up paying an extra $180! The service fee was $58, taxes were $41, and then an $80 cleaning fee, even though it’s required to clean up after yourself anyway?? Overall I had a good stay, but was disappointed at the extra fees.

second stay here. just as awesome as the first. love this place! will look to stay here again when work brings me back to Prineville in 2 months. sam and Jessica are superstars!
