We call our place Casita Pacifica (Peaceful Little House) as this suite is a mellow and relaxing retreat, yet in a San Diego suburb only 10-20 minutes from everything. Sadly, we no longer host peacocks, but our space is decorated in memory of their majestic energy. Our standards are high when we travel, so we created a suite that we'd love to stay in ourselves: stocked with goodies, things to do, recommendations, privacy, comfort & above all - cleanliness. The unit has a full kitchen and an outdoor BBQ. Private parking right out front. Quiet neighborhood, but close to Downtown, Beaches, SeaWorld and the World Famous San Diego Zoo. Walk to local restaurants, bars, Eppig brewery, bay side trails, grocery store, & sports fishing. No dogs due to host health issues.

MIKE'S PLACE - A PRIVATE COTTAGE

The cottage features full amenities that include: Tempurpedic™ queen-size bed. Wi-Fi . Cable HDTV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, toaster, and iron. Window seat for sitting, reading or lounging. Private entrance and patio connecting to a courtyard and Japanese garden. Spacious bathroom with 12 foot high tiled shower. French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

Oceanfront master suite (660 sq. ft interior) with two private patios, another 600 sq ft) directly on the ocean with about 800 sq. ft). The next door park has a slippery and difficult pathway. If you want to swim, just walk less than half a mile over to Turquoise beach. There is a hot tub right at the edge of the bluffs for you only. An enclosed space offers refrigerator and a cold water sink. Food scraps go into the trash. Many local restaurants. Perfect for anniversary celebration.

Enjoy two private bedrooms and a modern bath on the lower level of an Ocean Beach home. Your private side entrance opens to a relaxing gated outdoor space. Each bedroom features a queen bed, hardwood furniture, décor, TV, and Roku. One TV is 55'' and the other is 32''. Includes heating, cooling, and a kitchenette (no full kitchen). The owner lives on the upper floor—no shared spaces, locked door separation. Just blocks from historic Ocean Beach, Newport Avenue, and the famous Dog Beach!

This quiet beautiful studio-style space is bright and welcoming. It features a soaker tub, walk-in shower, a comfortable king bed and balcony with bay views. Located in Point Loma, it is less than a mile from the beach and within 15-20 minutes of the most visited San Diego attractions. Rental is above our home. No smoking, parties or loud music. Please note the kitchenette only has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. No washer and dryer on sight. Above flight path.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, stylish space. Spacious Bedroom in private residence with private entrance, easy parking, located 1.5 blocks from beautiful Sunset Cliffs. Less than 15 min drive to all of the best San Diego has to offer. Walking distance to Ocean Beach (~1 mi), a funky beach town with its own casual style. Room is "hotel style" with private entrance, small patio, bed, bath, fridge and microwave; no access to main house.
