The Urban Oasis was located in a fantastic area. It was so well stocked and well appointed with comfortable furniture etc. The hosts have thought of everything and more. Very gracious.

We had a fantastic week in La Jolla! John’s place was charming, spotless, and perfect for our family. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—including beach gear—and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and more. John was a friendly and responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, convenient stay in La Jolla. We’d love to come back!

Brian and Carla were great hosts, they were proactive and responsive to all my questions/inquiries. They allowed for early check-in and provided clear instructions. They reached out during our stay to see how we were doing or if we needed anything or had questions. The stay is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We were able to walk to Mission Beach to enjoy the cafe and walk the park. Highly Recommend for a SD getaway.

Stayed here while celebrating a good friend’s marriage. Very close to anywhere you want to go in San Diego and walking distance to a couple good spots and grocery stores. Would book again! Oh also they were kind enough to leave cookies for us!

We loved our stay at Mari Katherine’s Airbnb for a girl’s weekend in SD! It is a beautiful home that was spacious and thoughtfully designed and decorated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The home feels private, but was in a fantastic location in North Park that was easily walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Mari Katherine sent clear instructions leading up to our stay, so the logistics of check in were clear and easy! When some logistical challenges came up during our stay, Mari Katherine was very responsive (even late in the evening) and offered solutions - we would be thrilled to visit again!

Quiet location, exactly as pictured and described. Parking could be a challenge if you have a large vehicle but being able to park in the garage made it easier. Great communication!

This beautiful guest home in historic Marston Hills is perfect for a San Diego getaway! It was pristine, well-maintained, and so comfortable. We were able to walk to Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo, as well as nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The pool was also a lovely amenity, and the surrounding canyon was a gorgeous backdrop. Jing is an amazing host. She truly goes the extra mile to take care of her guests. The home is stocked with amenities - kitchenware for cooking, toiletries and extra towels, even pool or beach supplies! We loved our stay in Jing’s guest home, and are so grateful for the hospitality. An amazing location and our incredible host made our stay so memorable and enjoyable. Thank you, Jing, for your hospitality. We hope to stay here again, soon!

Alyssa was the perfect host. She was easy to communicate with and was flexible on check in and check out. She brought an iron right away when I asked if there was one in the apartment. Her place was clean and perfect with tons of towels and blankets available. The bed was also super comfortable. I highly recommend this space if you are looking to stay in OB.

Lindsey was an amazing host and the place was just as amazing! very nice and cozy inside and it was in a perfect location about 15 minutes from downtown. every place we had planned for the trip was very close and the beach less than 4 minutes away was a nice plus! it was very clean we spilled water on the floor and when we wiped it up the paper towel came up still white! i would definitely stay here again :)

Georgie’s airbnb is beautiful and in a great location in Ocean Beach. There’s plenty to do nearby and easy to walk to. We had some trouble sleeping due to noise from airplanes, but this has less to do with Georgie’s Airbnb specifically and more to do with the proximity to the airport.

We enjoyed our staycation in San Diego, thanks to our beautiful home away from home at Jason’s Air BnB unit. The beach is within walking distance from the house and there are plenty of good restaurants to go to nearby. We appreciate that Jason’s place is dog-friendly as the neighborhood is very dog friendly. There are some good dog-friendly restaurants within walking distance and the dog beach in San Diego is within walking distance too. It’s a perfect place to have a staycation with family and furbabies. Thank you Jason and Keri for all the clear instructions about the house that it made our stay smooth sailing! Definitely booking again if we ever need a staycation in SD in the future.

Evan’s place was super comfortable and in a great location. There was a lot to do within walking distance which made our mornings super enjoyable. He was very responsive and kind given some mix ups on my end! The space is clean, comfortable, and the patio is great for winding down or getting some work done. I would definitely recommend and really appreciated the king size bed which you don’t find often.

This was our 3rd stay at Smiths cottage - we were thrilled when it was available for the dates we needed. The cottage is well equipped and the living room has a very comfortable/homey feel. For us it is an ideal location as it is very close by to where our son lives. The outdoor space with the grill is a bonus as it was perfect for a family birthday cookout. We so enjoy our time at the Smiths Cottage and hope to be able to stay again for future visits!! Ann&Peter

For us, location was key. We easily walked everywhere, to the beach, downtown, food co-op and every restaurant. The garage with ping pong and foosball was fun for the whole family. We even got a free fireworks display from Sea World (highly recommend this experience)! Thanks for a great stay.

This little gem is exactly what my husband I were looking for! It felt like we were in the heart of Ocean Beach! Just a quick walk to the beach, steps away from delicious food, coffee and convenience stores, and Lucy's, the bar that never closes lol. The house was clean, cute and plenty of space for 2 including all amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable! Check in and out were both easy with clearly stated instructions. We will book this house again! It is noisy, the airplanes and bar patrons might be in a competition.. but we found it to be entertaining! Gorgeous weather and the beach that's within walking distance is something out of a movie! Everyone is so friendly in this town! Thanks for having us!

thanks for a great stay! well-equipped kitchen, nice space, and so close to everything we could want to do. the wifi was so fast, two of us could work from home and stream all day.

A bit of cluster to find street parking at 10pm, but host was really responsive. I was able to find parking shortly after. Good location. Take advantage of the bikes and explore the area. Good stay!

Alexandra was fantastic! Very responsive and friendly and great with keeping us looped in throughout the experience. We spent nearly no time inside, as the outdoor space - especially the front porch, was perfect! Morning coffee and evening cocktails are just better outside! The location was so close to the dog beach and with a crew of corgi puppies was the perfect spot!! Lots of restaurants and cafes very close too! The cottage was great - very eclectic and comfortable with everything we needed! Great place - great stay! Thanks so much to our host Alexandra!!!! We will definitely be back!!

House of Blue in Ocean Beach is an absolute gem! Even before we arrived, Tracy, Michael, and Scott were incredibly welcoming and accommodating hosts. Their communication was excellent, and they were always available for any questions. We loved the vibe of the decor, the place felt quirky, fun, and relaxing. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. One of the best features of the House of Blue is its proximity to the coast – just a short, easy walk (less than 500 feet!) to the beach, perfect for catching those breathtaking Ocean Beach sunsets. In fact we were able to walk many places including the Farmers Market and Target. The rooftop patio was another highlight, offering a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the ocean breeze. The value of this Airbnb is outstanding, especially considering its location and amenities. We look forward to our next visit!

This place was perfect for our trip to San Diego. It was clean, well stocked, and so cute! My six month old loved the swing chair in the living room and we loved the private outdoor space. It was super easy to walk to great restaurants and the beach. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in town.
